Congress uses Drug Abuse as  weapon to snatch power and now the situation is worse than before.

Coming close on the heels of International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, a Jasbir Singh, a former Army man of village Kila Kavi Santokh Singh in Taran Tarn, was brutally beaten up and his legs were broken by the drug mafia on Tuesday. Subsequently, Jasbir Singh wrote a letter in his blood to Punjab Chief Minister Capt. Amarinder Singh asking him to ‘wake up’ and act against the drug menace in the state even as the Punjab BJP leaders took a strong exception to the incident and lambasted the state government for its failure to initiate effective measures to deal with the problem.

Drugs are openly being sold in Punjab, people are dying of drug overdose, doctors and medicines are not available in rehabilitation centres, smuggler are running drugs racket from jails, drug peddlers are attacking the police and Congress MLAs- Surjit Dhiman and Harminder Singh Gill – stand testimony to it and a solider is thrashed by drug mafia for raising his voice.  All this proves that Chief Minister Capt. Amarinder Singh, who had come into power after taking an oath to end the drug menace within a month of assuming office, has failed to tackle the issue of drug abuse. This was today stated by former BJP national secretary Harjit Singh Grewal and Vineet Joshi, Chairman, Joshi Foundation while addressing a press conference organized to expose the shortcomings of the government on the drug menace front just a day after the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking.

The former BJP state party secretary said, “Punjab government is not serious towards ending the problem of drug abuse in the state because the state government merely organized a single function in Jalandhar to complete the formality”.

Elaborating how the drug menace is hurting Punjab, Joshi said, “Not only people are dying due to drug overdose, but addicts are committing suicides when they don’t get drugs, they have even murdered their parents. Some have even caused fatal accidents on roads while driving on a high”.

Grewal said, “Had the Capt. Amarinder Singh government serious in curbing the drug menace, drugs wouldn’t have been easily available to jail inmates and nor would have the smugglers been able to run their racket sitting behind the bars.  Such news items appear in media on a daily basis, an inquiry is ordered but it bears no results. A government doctor posted in Ludhiana jail had clearly stated that drugs are easily accessible in Ludhiana Jail and he is forced to administer them drug laced injections. The Congress government kept mum on it”.

 “Newpapers have reported that drugs are being sold in Sensi Basti in Barnala, Chakki Dariya in Pathankot, Majri village in Ropar, Chauntra village in Ludhiana, Amritsar, Sri Muktsar Sahib, Jalalabad, Mandi Gubaya, Hoshiarpur etc. and have even pointed to a nexus between smugglers and the police. Government should reveal what steps it has taken”, he said.

The BJP leaders further said, “If the government doesn’t want to listen to the opposition or the media, it should at least listen to its MLAs who have accepted to this truth. Congress MLA from Patti Harminder Singh Gill had admitted in a three-minute video that drugs have reached every household in Punjab. Another Congress MLA Surjit Singh Dhiman announced in a public function that drugs are being openly sold in Punjab owing to the nexus between political leaders and government officers”.

“Capt. Amarinder Singh should at least hear to former PM Manmohan Singh who on December 24, 2017 stated in Anandpur Sahib that efforts to curb drug menace in Punjab will always fall short. The gist was that drugs are being sold in Punjab and the efforts to curb it will fall short”, said Joshi and Grewal.

“Punjab’s health minister Brahm Mohindra celebrates International Day against Drug Abuse on one hand and fails to provide ‘anti-drug’ medicines to government centres. Special drug rehabilitation centres have been opened for women but the existing centres are devoid of drugs, doctors and funds”.

Drug peddlars in Punjab have become bold enough to attack the police, leave aside nabbing them. Be it the incident from Samrala Chowk in Ludhiana, village Dulenwala in Moga or Amritsar- the government is helpless in front of the drug mafia.

“Recently a four-minute audio of two peddlers went viral on the social media which talks about ‘blessings’ of Congress leader including a Congress MLA. The chief minister should answer as to why no inquiry was initiated into the audio clipping”, asked the BJP leaders.

 Joshi and Grewal demanded that the SHO of the concerned police station should be suspended if a death is reported due to drug overdose in the area. Similiary, the DSPs and the SPs should be suspended if drug related deaths are reported in around 50 percent area under their authority. “Only then the drug menace will be curbed, otherwise it would look like a mere eyewash”, they added.

निगम पालतू कुत्तों की पंजीकरण धन से अपनी आय बढ़ाएगा

पहले एक घर/ मकान में सिर्फ 2 पालतू कुत्ते, अब पालतू कुतों के पंजीकरण से अपनी आय बढ़ाएंगे. आवारा कुत्तों से बच्चों को नुचवायेंगे, शहर के पार्कों में पालतू जानवर नहीं जा सकते, पर आवारा कुतों को वहां से निकाल नहीं सकते, आपका कुत्ता काट भी ले तो रु 50000 जुरमाना पर आवारा कुत्ते  के काटे को तो नगर निगम का आशीर्वाद समझ कर ग्रहण करें

चंडीगढ़। निगम सदन की आगामी  29 जून को होने वाली  259वीं मासिक बैठक में पालतू कुत्तों के  रजिस्ट्रेशन  बायलॉज 2010 में संशोधन कर डॉग रजिस्ट्रेशन फीस बढ़ाने का एजेंडा लाया जा रहा है। सदन के समक्ष इस पर सभी पार्षदों की राय लेकर रजिस्ट्रेशन फीस बढ़ाने पर पक्की मुहर लगाई जा सकती है।

यह प्रस्ताव इस लिए भी महत्वपूर्ण माना जा रहा है, क्योंकि डॉग बाइट्स के बढ़ते मामले को नियंत्रित करने के लिए ऐसा करना जरूरी है।  2015 में सजिया एवं गत  17 जून को आयुष की ‘डॉगबाइट्स’ मेंं डेंथ के चलते निगम इस पर ज्यादा संजीदा रुख अपना रहा है। इससे कुत्तों की संख्या कम करने में भी मदद मिलने की संभावना है।

इसके अलावा नगर निगम, चंडीगढ़ में फंड क्रंच के मद्देनजर अब शहरवासियों पर ‘गोसेस’ लगाने की तैयारी हो रही है। इस  29 जून को होने वाली बैठक में इस प्रस्ताव को भी लाया जा रहा है। यदि यह प्रस्ताव सदन में पारित हो जाता है तो शहरवासियों की जेबें ढीली हो सकती हैं।

इसके तहत शहर में नये चार पहिया वाहन खरीदने वालों को  500 रुपए व नये दो पहिया वाहन पर  200 रुपए, देसी शराब पर  5  रुपए प्रति बोतल, इंग्लिश पर 10 रुपए प्रति बोतल सेस लग जायेगा। इसके अलावा बिजली के बिल पर भी प्रति यूनिट दो पैसे सेस लगाने की तैयारी हो रही है।

 29 जून की सदन बैठक में लाया जा रहा है प्रस्ताव, कुल 12 प्रस्तावों पर होगी चर्चा..

पंजाब नगर निगम एक्ट में संशोधन के लिए प्रस्ताव लाया जा रहा है। इन पर शहरवासियासें की आपत्तियां व सुझाव भी मांगे जाएंगे। सदन की बैठक में शहर की प्रत्येक इमारत को नगर निगम के फायर विभाग से ‘एनओसी’ लेनी होगी। इसके बदले में शुल्क भी देय होगा। इसके साथ ही सेक्टर 41 की फिश मार्किट की दुकानों को नीलाम करने की प्रक्रिया पर भी चर्चा होगी। परसों, यानि आगामी शुक्रवार को होने वाली सदन की बैठक में कुल  12  प्रस्ताव लाये जा रहे हैं, जिन पर चर्चा होनी है।

जितना भजनलाल परिवार के लोग पिछले तीन दिनों में अखबारों, टीवी और सोशल मीडिया पर बोले हैं, उतना 4 साल में परिवार के दोनों विधायक कुल मिलाकर भी वहां नहीं बोले जहां उन्हें बोलना चाहिए था। विधानसभा में कुलदीप बिश्नोई और रेणुका बिश्नोई की हाजिरी और सक्रियता हरियाणा के लोग देखेंगे तो कह उठेंगे कि ऐसे विधायक भगवान किसी को ना दे।
अब तक हरियाणा में भाजपा की सरकार बनने के बाद हुए विधानसभा सत्रों में बिश्नोई दंपति की हाजिरी 33% भी नहीं है जिसे किसी भी परीक्षा में पास होने के लिए अनिवार्य माना जाता है। अब तक हुई 66 बैठकों में से कुलदीप बिश्नोई 21(32%) बार और रेणुका 19(29%) बार विधानसभा पहुंचे हैं। यानी सत्र के दो तिहाई वक्त तो उन्होंने विधानसभा जाना जरूरी ही नहीं समझा और बर्बाद कर दिया।
जब जाते हैं तब भी कुलदीप व रेणुका बिश्नोई अक्सर हाज़िरी लगाकर लौट आते हैं। सैशन कई घंटे चलता है लेकिन ये मेहमान कुछ मिनटों में ही फुर्र हो जाते हैं।
इन दोनों की सक्रियता का अंदाजा आप इस बात से भी लगा सकते हैं कि कुलदीप जी ने आज तक एक भी ध्यानाकर्षण प्रस्ताव नहीं दिया है जबकि उनकी पत्नी ने भी सिर्फ 4 ऐसे प्रस्ताव दिए हैं। जबकि विपक्ष व सत्ता पक्ष के अन्य विधायक ऐसे दर्जनों प्रस्ताव देते रहे हैं।
कुलदीप बिश्नोई तो इतने महान हैं कि अब तक 4 साल में उनकी तरफ से विधानसभा में सवाल भी बस 1 पूछा गया है। इन साहब का अतारांकित प्रश्नों में खाता ही नहीं खुला जबकि तारांकित प्रश्नों में इनके लगाए 4 सवालों में से 1 को ही पूछने लायक माना गया। मान गए, कमाल के नेता हैं कुलदीप बिश्नोई।
रेणुका जी से हाथ जोड़ प्रार्थना है जो कुलदीप जी ने ट्रक भर पत्र सीएम साहब को लिखे थे वो भी मीडिया को दिखा दे ट्रक की व्यवस्था में कर दूँगा जो उन पत्रों की फ़ोटो कॉपी चंडीगढ़ ला सके ।
तो अब आप समझ सकते हैं कि मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल द्वारा सच का सामना करवाए जाने पर कुलदीप-रेणुका इतने परेशान क्यों हो उठे। जो इन्सान अपने किसी भी दायित्व में ईमानदार ना हो, जिसमें संघर्ष की इच्छाशक्ति ना हो, जो आरामपरस्त हो चुका हो और बस मुख्यमंत्री बनने का ख्वाब पाले दिन काट रहा हो, उसको लेकर जनता भी देर-सवेर भी सच का सामना करेगी ही।

चेन झपटमारी में पुलिस ने पुलिस को पकड़ा

सिटी ब्यूटीफुल में पिछले काफी दिनों से चेन स्नैचिंग को लेकर मामला गर्माया हुआ था। यहां तक की हाईकोर्ट ने फटकार भी लगाई थी। पंजाबी में एक कहावत है कि बाड़ ही खा गई खेत, अर्थात जब जब रक्षक ही भक्षक बन गए है तो चेन स्नैचिंग कहां से रूकेगी। खाकी वर्दी एक बार फिर सवालों के घेरे में घिरती नजर आ रही है।

ध्यान रहे कि बीते  25 जून को एक्टिवा सवार महिला से चेन स्नैचिंग हुई थी जिसमें महिला ने पुलिस शिकायत में बताया था कि वह किसी घरेलू काम से शहर में जा रही थी लेकिन सेक्टर 22 के नुक्कड़ ढाबे के पास पहुंचते ही वह चैन स्नैचिंग की शिकार हो जाती है। यह चेन स्नैचिंग किसी आपराधी ने नहीं बल्कि यह एक खाकी वर्दीधारी सिपाही ने किया था। जिसे पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। पकड़े  गये आरोपी की पहचान अर्शजदीप सिंह पुत्र निर्मल सिंह के रूप में हुई है। जो पंजाब पुलिस के तौर पर मोहाली के सुहाना थाने में तैनात है। हालांकि पुलिस आरोपी के पास से चैन भी बरामद कर ली है।

पुलिस के लिए शर्मनाक…

अब लोग किसके उपर भरोसा करे अगर एक खाकी वर्दी में दिख रहा भी आरोपी हो सकता है, वह चैन स्नैचिंग कर सकता है। तो लोग किसके पास अपनी दुख लेकर जाएंगे। वहीं पीडि़त महिला का कहना है कि मै जब पुलिस के लोगों को देखती हूं तो मेरे अंदर बने डर खत्म हो जाते है लेकिन मुझे क्या पता था कि एक रक्षक ही भक्षक बन जाएगा। यह इमानदार पुलिस के लिए बहुत ही शर्म की बात है।

राष्ट्रमंडल खेलों में पदक विजेताओं को जिला स्टार पर सम्मानित किया जाएगा : विज

हरियाणा के खेल मंत्री अनिल विज ने कहा कि राष्ट्रमंडल खेलों में पदक विजेता सभी खिलाडिय़ों को जिला स्तर पर आयोजित सम्मान समारोह में पुरस्कृत किया जाएगा, जिनमें मंत्री व विधायक मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में शिरकत करेंगे। इस संबंध में मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने स्वीकृति प्रदान कर दी है। खेल मंत्री ने कहा कि सभी खिलाडिय़ों को पुरस्कार की पूरी राशि दी जाएगी। इसमें किसी प्रकार की कटौती नही होगी, जिसकी मुख्यमंत्री ने ‘वन टाईम’ मंजूरी प्रदान कर दी है। उन्होंने कहा कि सभी जिला उपायुक्तों को निर्देश दिये गए हैं कि वे अपने जिलों से आने वाले खिलाडिय़ों को पुरस्कृत करने के लिए कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन करें।

विज ने एक अन्य प्रश्न के उत्तर में कहा कि कांग्रेस कभी लोकतांत्रिक एवं लोकतंत्र में विश्वास करने वाली पार्टी नही रही है। कांग्रेस ने 1975 में आपातकाल के माध्यम से न केवल प्रजातंत्र की हत्या की थी बल्कि देश में अराजकता का माहौल बना दिया था। उन्होंने कहा कि यह सब कांग्रेस के डीएनए में ही शामिल है तभी तो आज तक कांग्रेस में कभी आंतरिक लोकतंत्र नही रहा है और एक ही परिवार की सेखियां गाते हुए कांग्रेसियों का समय निकल रहा है। इतना ही नही कांग्रेस स्वैधानिक संस्थाओं को कमजोर करने में पीछे नही रहती है।

गौरी लंकेश के हत्यारे अभिनेता प्रकाश राज को भी जान से मारना चाहते थे : एसआईटी

एस आई टी की रिपोर्ट को मानें तो क्या प्रकाश राज कांग्रेस या जनता दल सेक्युलर को ज्वाइन करने जा रहे हैं

बेंगलूरु। पत्रकार गौरी लंकेश हत्या मामले की जांच में एक नया खुलासा हुआ है। मामले की जांच कर रही एसआईटी की पूछताछ में सामने आया है कि गौरी लंकेश के हत्यारे अभिनेता प्रकाश राज को भी जान से मारना चाहते थे।
हत्यारों की इस योजना का खुलासा गौरी लंकेश मर्डर केस की एसआईटी जांच में हुआ। मामले में आरोपी परशुरान वाघमोरे और बाकियों से पूछताछ में यह बात सामने आई है कि हत्यारे प्रकाश राज को भी जान से मारना चाहते थे।

दक्षिणपंथी संगठनों के खिलाफ बयान देने से आए थे चर्चा में 
दरअसल, पत्रकार गौरी लंकेश की हत्या के बाद प्रकाश राज ने दक्षिणपंथी संगठनों के खिलाफ कई बयान दिए थे। माना जा रहा है कि इन बयानों ने पत्रकार के हत्यारों को उकसाया।

मंगलौर में एक कार्यक्रम में बनाई थी हत्या की योजना 
सूत्रों के मुताबिक प्रकाश मंगलौर में एक निजी कार्यक्रम में हिस्सा लेने वाले थे और वहीं उनकी हत्या की योजना बनाई गई थी। हालांकि एसआईटी ने इसकी पुष्टि नहीं की है। बरामद की गई एक नोटबुक में 11 लोगों के नाम लिखे गए थे लेकिन कुछ नाम घेरे में बंद किए गए हैं। एसआईटी ने कहा कि गृह मंत्रालय को इन 11 लोगों की सुरक्षा कड़ी करने के सुझाव दिए गए हैं।

केस को सुलझाने के बेहद करीब पहुंची एसआईटी 
बता दें कि गौरी लंकेश मर्डर केस में आरोपी की गिरफ्तारी के बावजूद अभी एसआईटी को केस सुलझाने में वक्त लग रहा है। हालांकि एसआईटी दावा है कि वह इस केस को सुलझाने के बेहद करीब पहुंच चुकी है। एसआईटी को अब हत्या में इस्तेमाल हुई बंदूक और उस बाइकसवार की तलाश है, जो हत्या के आरोपी को घटनास्थल तक ले गया था।

MLA is preparing ground to switch loyalty to the Congress : Shukla

During zero hour, the Semaria MLA suddenly got up to speak and broke down after a flurry of accusations against the police and “a local minister”. She mentioned Mining and Industry Minister Rajendra Shukla while talking to reporters outside.

BJP MLA Neelam Mishra Tuesday alleged that she and her family members were being harassed by the police at the instance of “a local minister” who wanted to take revenge as she had raised the issue of illegal mining, prompting the home minister to assure her of protection on the floor of the Madhya Pradesh Assembly.

During zero hour, the Semaria MLA suddenly got up to speak and broke down after a flurry of accusations against the police and “a local minister”. She mentioned Mining and Industry Minister Rajendra Shukla while talking to reporters outside.

“Under the influence of local minister, the police administration is harassing my husband and family members… Because I had raised the issue of illegal mining he is taking revenge,” she claimed in the Assembly.

Neelam sat on a dharna in the well of the House after it emerged that the police had detained her husband in Dewas.

Denying the allegations, Minister Shukla said that he had never hurt anyone in his life and the MLA was preparing ground to switch loyalty to the Congress. He said she was naming him because it would get her publicity.

Shukla later said that police had recently booked Neelam’s husband Abhay Mishra and others for allegedly beating a police official on duty and this case could be the reason behind the legislator’s outburst. Abhay, who had joined the Congress three months ago and is chairman of the Rewa District Panchayat, was leading an agitation to demand action against those responsible for the suicide of a tribal leader.

The monsoon session of Madhya Pradesh Assembly ended abruptly with the House being adjourned thrice and the Opposition Congress accusing the Speaker of being a puppet in the hands of the BJP government. The day witnessed passage of 17 legislations and the supplementary budget.

Leader of Opposition Ajay Singh said, “The Assembly functions as wished by the BJP government. The Speaker is a puppet,” he told reporters.

Speaker Sitasharan Sharma was not available for comment.

Okhla Jungle Murder Mystery Solved 3 Arrested

Police said some parts of the body, including the head and hands, were dumped separately in plastic bags, while the torso was kept inside the carton.

Delhi Police have arrested an engineer and his two brothers for allegedly killing his wife and chopping her body into seven parts, which they then dumped at a jungle near Okhla. Police claimed the man, a resident of Shaheen Bagh, was having an extramarital affair, and hatched a plan to eliminate his wife. Police said they got a crucial lead when they discovered a sticker of ‘Movers and Packers’ on the carton in which the body parts were stuffed.

DCP (southeast) Chinmoy Biswal confirmed that Sajid Ali Ansari alias Babloo (26), Mohammad Ishteyaque Alam Ansari (28), and Mohammad Hasmat Ali Ansari (46) were arrested on Monday in connection with the murder of Sajid’s wife Juhi, whose dismembered body was recovered on June 21. Police said some parts of the body, including the head and hands, were dumped separately in plastic bags, while the torso was kept inside the carton.

Police said the woman’s face had been “damaged”, which made it hard for them to identify her. First, we tried to establish her identity through local intelligence, but it yielded no results. The carton in which the body was kept had the name of a company. The police team located the address of this company and found that it was located in Gurgaon.

Through company records, it came to light that a consignment had been delivered to one Javed. “Javed told us that he owns a flat in Shaheen Bagh in southeast Delhi, which he had rented out to Sajid and his brother Ishtiyaque, who vacated it recently. He told police the carton was kept in his flat,” said DCP Biswal. Police then picked up Mohammad Hasmat Ali, who led them to Sajid and Ishteyaque.

According to police, during questioning, Sajid admitted that he had married Juhi, who hails from Bihar’s Chhapra, in 2014. Juhi had pursued BA Hons (Psychology) from Chhapra, while Sajid was a BTech in mechanical engineering from Kurukshetra University. The couple had two kids. In 2016, they came to Delhi, though Sajid did not have a permanent job. He had completed his engineering course, but was doing temporary jobs with help from his brothers.

“Given their poor economic condition, regular quarrels would take place between the couple. Sajid also became close to another woman from Bihar’s Champaran, and decided to get rid of Juhi,” said Biswal, adding that the accused purchased a dagger to kill her.
