टगरा कली राम गांव में जाकर ‘मनवीर कौर गिल’ ने लोगों की समस्याएं सुनी। लोगों ने बताया कि उनकी गली आज तक नहीं बनी और पूरी गली में एक भी स्ट्रीट लाइट नहीं है तथा स्थानीय निवासी पानी की समस्या से भी परेशान है । पानी का कोई समय नहीं है और कई दिनों से पानी नहीं आ रहा। साथ ही नजदीक में बने शराब की ठेके को बंद करवाने की मांग की इस इस मौके पर राजकुमार बाल्मिकी, सितार चंद, सुमित भट्टी, मनीष नाहर, झानो देवी, बंती देवी, दीपक, विशाल, अनिल, शीतल, सुमन, मीनाक्षी, आदि मौजूद थे

The police has registered the case of  cheating , breach of trust and forgery against one Pankaj Gupta resident of sector 12 Panchkula  on the complaint of Sunil Kumar Sood  of sector 7 Panchkula in sector 5 police station under IPC  section 420 and 406.

In his complaint Sunil Kumar  Sood accused Pankaj Gupta of willfully attempting the breach of trust by misusing former’s   two duly signed cheques lodged with later in goodwill. Due to the various business disputes Gupta not only threatened him to put him in various legal issues also.

Sood has also mentioned that he had business relations with accuser’s firms namely M/s Nirvana Woods Hotel, AHR City Projects and Homeland city Mall. Accused was fully aware that the cheques had been kept with him in trust as trustee. As  per the complaint that various transaction disputes arosed between Gupta and Sood which are still subjudice. To mislead the court and delay the proceedings Gupta knowingly issued complainants cheques in his own name by filling the fictitious amount of Rs 2,39,56,762/- ,and Rs 20,30,00,000 .

Police has registered the case and started investigation in the matter.

सेक्टर-4 स्थित ” द हरियाणा स्टेट कॉपरेटिव अपैक्स स्टेट बैंक लिमिटेड” में कार्यरत एक चपड़ासी ने खुद को बैंक में बंद कर आत्माहत्या करने की कोशिश की। चपड़ासी ने आत्माहत्या करने से पहले बैंक अधिकारियों को बताया। जिसके बाद घटना की जानकारी पुलिस को दी गई। पुलिस ने दरवाजा तोड़ के पियन को पंखे से निचे उतारा और उसे उपचार के लिए अस्पताल पहुंचाया गया। पंचकूला में देर रात बैंक मेें चपड़ासी के पद पे कार्यरत अमनदिप उम्र 40 साल निवासी सेक्टर 20 ने सुसाइड करने के लिए बैंक में आया और उसने इसकी जानकारी बैंक के अधिकारी को दी। बताया जा रहा है की बैंक के ताले की एक चाबी अमनदिप के पास थी। शाम को बैंक का खत्म करने के बाद बैंक अधिकारी व अन्य बैंक कर्मी चले गये।

बैंक में सुसाइड करने आये अमनदिप ने बैंक अधिकारी को फोन कर बताया की वह बैंक में सुसाइड करने आया है। जिसके बाद बैंक अधिकारी के ने घटना की सुचना पुलिस को दी। मौके पर पहुंचे पुलिसकर्मी और बैंक अधिकारियों ने उसे बाहर आने के लिए कहा लेकिन वह बाहर नही आया।

पुलिस ने अमनदिप को बहुत समझाया लेकिन वह नही माना। जिसके बाद उसने चुन्नी को पंखे से बांध कर सुसाइड करने की कोशिश की। पुलिस ने दरवाजा तोड़ा और अंदर दाखिल हुए तब तक अमनदिप ने खुद को पंखे से लटका लिया था। जिसके तुरंत बाद ही पुलिस ने उसे निचे उतारा और उसे पीसीआर में सेक्टर-6 के सामान्य अस्पताल पहुचाया। जहां डॉक्टर ने उसकी हालत बिगड़ती देख उसे पीजीआई रेफर कर दिया गया है

Khaira group declares AAP Punjab unit autonomous

Rejects Cheema’s appointment as leader of Oppn; 11 AAP MLAs rush to Delhi in protest

In a virtual act of rebellion, the Bathinda convention of dissident AAP MLAs led by Sukhpal Singh Khaira on Thursday unanimously “granted autonomy” to the party’s Punjab unit, which will now take its own decisions and constitute the new party structure.

These decisions were taken by passing a series of resolutions at the end of a well-attended convention of the party’s volunteers. Khaira-led group put up a “show of strength” by holding a convention of volunteers after he was recently removed from the post of Leader of Opposition.

Meanwhile, in a major blow to Khaira, 11 AAP MLAs have reached Delhi to meet Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia in protest.

The rally pandal in Bathinda was packed to capacity and people were seen standing and still others seen coming in support of Khera to attend the rally. Those present at the Bathinda convention are Kanwar Sandhu, NS Mansahia, Jagga Hissowal, Pirmal Singh, J Kamalu and Master Baldev.

Kharar MLA Kanwar Sandhu read out resolutions at the end of the convention for seeking consent of the volunteers. Another resolution unanimously dissolved the existing “incompetent party organisational structure, which has eroded the party’s image and base in the state”.

The convention also gave the right to the organisers and the MLAs present to prepare a blueprint of the new party structure. Another resolution flayed the undemocratic removal of Khaira as Leader of Opposition and imposing a new leader. The resolution rejected the appointment of the new Leader of Opposition, Harpal Singh Cheema, while demanding that a meeting of the AAP MLAs be called within a week and new LoP be elected.

The convention also directed the organisers and MLAs to plan their district-level programmes, starting from Hoshiarpur on August 12. The volunteers were appealed to not to resort to any violent act and carry out their work peacefully.

Earlier, addressing an impressive gathering, Khaira exhorted the volunteers to give them the right to build up a third front in the state by forging alliance with the like-minded parties so as to rid Punjab of the the Congress and the SAD, both of which have “ruined the state in the last three decades”. He said they will kick off their campaign in this regard by paying obeisance at the Golden Temple.

Khaira blamed the approach of the party’s Delhi bosses for the AAP’s defeat in the last Assembly polls. He said they had sent their two leaders who put the future of Punjab at stake for their egos, as a result of which the party ended up sitting in the opposition. He said the duo was still dictating terms in the party’s Punjab affairs.

Addressing the convention, Kanwar Sandhu blamed wrong distribution of tickets in the 2017 Assembly polls for the party’s defeat. He even alleged that the party tickets were sold and an inquiry should be held to find out who all were involved in it.

Congress leader and former cricketer Navjot Singh Sidhu accepted PTI leader Imran Khan’s invitation to attend his oath-taking ceremony as the new Prime Minister of Pakistan. The Punjab Cabinet minister said that he understands the foreign policy of India and that Imran Khan’s invitation is just a personal one, not political.

Punjab Cabinet minister and former cricketer Navjot Singh Sidhu on Thursday said that it’s a huge honour for him to be invited to the oath-taking ceremony of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Imran Khan. The Congress leader further lauded the character of Imran Khan and said that he sees a ray of hope in the soon-to-be Pakistan Prime Minister. Khan’s swearing-in ceremony as Pakistan PM is scheduled to be held on August 11.

After winning the Pakistan general elections 2018 with a massive difference from the closest rivals Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PMLN), PTI’s Imran Khan invited a host of prominent personalities from India to attend his swearing-in ceremony. Some of the high-profile names in his guest are Sunil Gavaskar Kapil Dev, Navjot Singh Sidhu and Aamir Khan.

Imran Khan’s invitation to the Indian persons has raised several eyebrows but Navjot Singh Sidhu in his usual style downplayed any political intentions of PTI leader from the invitation.

While speaking to media, Navjot Singh Sidhu reiterated that he respects the foreign policy of the Indian government and the country, but it is a mere personal invitation from the former Pakistani cricketer.

“Imran has risen from the scratch in politics and he has exhibited great character. I see a ray of hope in him. Men of genius are admired, men of power are feared, but men of character are trusted. Khan Sahab is a man of character. He can be trusted. Sportsmen build bridges, break barriers, unite people” added Sidhu.

Elsewhere, another high-profile invitee Aamir Khan has said that he will not be going to Pakistan for any oath-taking ceremony. The Bollywood superstar explained that he has not received any invitation from anybody.

In the recently held Pakistan elections, PTI won 115 of the 269 seats in the National Assembly but fell short of 12 seats to reach the majority mark of 137. Nevertheless, PTI emerged as the single largest party in the electoral mandate and now the party leader Imran Khan would take oath as Pakistan’s Prime Minister on August 11.

 

हरियाणा सरकार ने 26 आईपीएस व 4 एचपीएस के किए तबादले

हरियाणा सरकार ने सात जिलों के एसपी समेत सरकार ने 26 आइपीएस और चार एचपीएस अधिकारियों के तबादला आदेश जारी किए हैैं।

हरियाणा सरकार ने पुलिस प्रशासन में भारी फेरबदल किया है। सात जिलों के एसपी समेत सरकार ने 26 आइपीएस और चार एचपीएस अधिकारियों के तबादला आदेश जारी किए हैैं। जिन जिलों के एसपी बदले गए हैैं, उनमें अंबाला, सोनीपत, यमुनानगर, हिसार, कुरुक्षेत्र, हांसी और नारनौल शामिल हैैं। आइजी स्तर के पांच अधिकारियों, दो डीआइजी और कई डीसीपी को भी बदला गया है। अब जल्द ही प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों की भी तबादला सूची आने की संभावना है।

आइआरबी भौंडसी के आइजी सीएस राव को हरियाणा पुलिस अकादमी मधुबन में आइजी और आइजी (सिक्योरिटी) हनीफ कुरैशी को आइआरबी भौंडसी में आइजी बनाकर भेजा गया है। जेल विभाग के आइजी डा. एम रविकिरण को पंचकूला पुलिस मुख्यालय में आइजी (प्रशासन), स्टेट क्राइम ब्यूरो के आइजी सौरभ सिंह को आइजी (सिक्योरिटी) का अतिरिक्त कार्यभार सौंपा गया है।

स्टेट क्राइम ब्यूरो की आइजी डा. राजश्री सिंह को नेशनल हाइवे ट्रैफिक की आइजी का अतिरिक्त कार्यभार दिया गया। सीआइडी के डीआइजी वाई पूर्ण कुमार को जेल विभाग का डीआइजी लगाया गया। सोनीपत के एसपी-कम-डीआइजी सतेंद्र कुमार गुप्ता को सीआइडी में डीआइजी नियुक्त किया गया।

हरियाणा आम्र्ड फोर्स अंबाला में पहली बटालियन के कमांडेंट अशोक कुमार अब अंबाला के नए एसपी होंगे। नूंह की एसपी नाजनीन भसीन को मानेसर में आइआरबी की चौथी बटालियन की कमांडेंट का अतिरिक्त जिम्मा सौंपा गया है। सिरसा एसपी हामिद अख्तर को एआइजी (प्रशासन) का अतिरिक्त कार्यभार मिला है।

मुजफ्फरपुर दुष्कर्म मामले में सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने लिया स्वतः संज्ञान

बिहार के मुजफ्फरनगर में बालिका आश्रय गृह में बच्चियों से दुष्कर्म का मामला:-

– सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मामले में बिहार सरकार, TISS, राष्ट्रीयक्षण आयोग और केंद्रीय महिला एवं बाल कल्याण मंत्रालय को नोटिस जारी कर जवाब मांगा।
– सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मीडिया को निर्देश जारी किया है कि मामले में न तो बच्चियों के इंटरव्यू ले और न ही उनकी धुंधली तस्वीर tv पर दिखाए।
– कोर्ट ने मामले में वकील अपर्णा भट्ट को एमिकस नियुक्त किया।

पूरे मामले में केंद्र और बिहार सरकार से मांगा जवाब।

हिंसा मामले में 6 व्यक्तियों को बरी किये जाने का विस्तृत फैसला: SIT की जांच पर बड़ा सवाल

पंचकूला जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश ऋतु टैगोर ने इस मामले में कहा कि जांच अधिकारी ने जांच के दौरान लापरवाही बरती. कोर्ट ने अपने फैसले में सबूतों की कमी का भी हवाला दिया है.

25 अगस्त 2017 वो तारीख है जब पंचकूला जल उठा था. ये वो काला दिन था जब हिंसा की आग में जल रहे पंचकूला में कई लोगों की जान चली गई, जिसके बाद शुरू हुई मामले की जांच में एसआईटी ने कई लोगों की आरोपी बनाया. लेकिन अब एसआईटी की जांच खुद सवालों के घेरे में है. दरअसल, पंचकूला हिंसा मामले की एफआईआर नंबर 362 के सभी 6 आरोपियों को पंचकूला जिला कोर्ट ने बरी कर दिया था. लेकिन कोर्ट ने अपने फैसले में कहा कि इस मामले में लापरवाही बरती गई है.

पंचकूला जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश ऋतु टैगोर ने इस मामले में कहा कि जांच अधिकारी ने जांच के दौरान लापरवाही बरती. कोर्ट ने अपने फैसले में सबूतों की कमी का भी हवाला दिया है. कोर्ट का कहना था कि जांच अधिकारी की आम जनता के केस में न जुड़ने संबंधी साधारण-सी टिप्पणी बताती है कि उन्होंने आमजन के केस से जुड़ने के महत्व को पूरी तरह से अनदेखा किया और जांच में लापरवाही बरती.

पंचकुला हिंसा:  दंगा भड़काने के मामले में कोर्ट ने 6 आरोपियों को किया बरी

जज ने ये भी कहा कि इससे ये स्पष्ट होता है कि अभियोजन पक्ष ने संदेह से अलग कोई भी अच्छे और विश्वसनीय तथ्य पेश नहीं किए जिससे कि आरोपियों पर मामला साबित हो पाता और ये सभी आरोपियों को संदेह का लाभ देने का बिल्कुल सही मामला बनता है. कोर्ट ने कहा कि जांच अधिकारी इन आरोपियों का डेरे से जुड़ाव और 25 अगस्त को पंचकूला में मौजूदगी भी साबित नहीं कर पाए. पुलिस को ज्यादा श्रम शक्ति का इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए. लेकिन पुलिस ने FIR दायर करने के लिए मैनुअल मोड अपनाया.

पंचकुला हिंसा मामला: 19 आरोपियों से हटी देशद्रोह की धारा

 


FIR दर्ज करने में दो दिन की देरी होने के लिए पुलिस ने जो जवाब दिया है उस पर भरोसा नहीं किया जा सकता. ऐसे में बचाव पक्ष की दलील कहीं ना कहीं सही लगती है कि मामले को जल्द निपटाने के लिए पुलिस ने दूसरे मामलों में फंसे आरोपियों को झूठे तौर पर फंसाया.

NRC Updates: After Assam, leaders in other BJP-ruled states have raised the need for listing of citizens to keep out illegal migrants. They point at demographic changes due to an unlawful influx. A six-member team will go to Silchar directly. Will land at around 2 pm. At Silchar they will attend a public convention organised by the local citizens forum. The team will try and understand on what grounds were people left out. Home minister Rajnath Singh will speak in Lok Sabha today over the NRC issue.

BJP-TMC showdown in Kolkata: At loggerheads over the NRC issue in Assam, both the BJP and the Trinamool Congress will come face to face in Kolkata today. Chief minister Mamata Banerjee-led Bengal government rejected BJP’s request to hold the Amit Shah rally today. ‘They can arrest me,’ Shah was quoted as saying.

Bandh in North Karnataka: Various political parties have called for a bandh expected in 13 districts of Uttar Kannada. The leaders said they would also be pushing for the 13 districts included in North Karnataka to be carved out into a separate state.

Sabarimala temple case: The Kerala government today told the Supreme Court that the custom of barring entry of women between the age group of 10 to 50 years into the Sabarimala temple in Kerala is not permissible under the Constitution. The Supreme Court, however, has reserved its order in the case.

ONGC results: India’s largest oil and gas producer will push out its quarterly earnings update today. India’s natural gas production is expected to double in four years. At present, ONGC accounts for 68 percent of the country’s natural gas output.

Samsung Tab S4: After several leaks and rumours Samsung launched its iPad competitor called the Galaxy Tab S4. The successor to last year’s Android-powered Tab S3, comes with thinner bezels, focuses on enhanced productivity and adds the Samsung Dex feature that lets you connect the tablet to an external monitor, letting the 10.5-inch display serve as a track pad. Also announced is a more affordable version of the Galaxy Tab called the Tab A2 with a 10.5-inch display and watered-down specifications with a lower price tag.

Apple iPhone X Plus: Apple’s iPhone X Plus that is expected to launch with a 6.5-inch display in September, is now rumoured to come with an iPad-like landscape mode. The evidence for the same was found buried deep in iOS 12 Beta and also confirms that the upcoming iPhone model will feature a resolution of 1,242 x 2,688 pixels. As per the iOS 12 Beta, the apps that will adapt to this mode include native apps like Stocks, Calendar, Contacts and Messages.

India vs England, Day 2 of 1st Test: Having reduced England to 285/9 at the end of the first day of the Birmingham Test, India will look to reinforce their advantage in the first match of the five-Test series with another dominant day on Thursday. The hero of the first day was Ravichandran Ashwin, who picked up four wickets in his 25 overs. Article 35A can be the reason for Vohra to go

Jammu and Kashmir governor NN Vohra is likely to be replaced after 15 August due to differences with the Centre over the revocation of Article 35A of the Indian Constitution, which bars outsiders from owning property or getting jobs.

Vohra has put the BJP at the Centre in tight spot after the state government — which has been under Governor’s Rule since 20 June — decided to file a memorandum in the Supreme Court to seek the deferment of the case. The BJP has been looking to do away with the special status and is in favour of settling outsiders in Jammu and Kashmir.

Vohra met state Advocate General DC Raina and discussed several matters pending in different courts as well as the legal defence that could be mounted by the state to defend Article 35A. Raina said Vohra was of the view that the case should be deferred and a memo will be filed before the apex court in this regard. “A memo will be moved before the court before the case is heard,” Raina said. “State government has continued with the previous team of lawyers to defend the case. Fali S Nariman, the country’s top lawyer, will argue the case.” It is also learnt that Vohra has also conveyed his disagreement over the issue to Home Minister Rajnath Singh.

However, Deputy Secretary Hitesh Gupta said that he was not aware whether Vohra has taken up the matter with the Centre. An official said New Delhi has not extended Vohra’s tenure and that he could be replaced after 15 August. The state government and the security establishment are on the edge as separatists have given a shutdown call over the Article 35A and threatened mass agitation.

Separatists have also received support from mainstream political parties, who believe that Article 35-A is an established law which was made part of the Indian Constitution through an order issued by the president in 1954,  in an affirmation that the state will be empowered to frame state subject laws. The revocation could ensure that people from other states are settled in Jammu and Kashmir and that the state’s constitution and the identity — by way of a separate flag — is removed.

As per the Jammu and Kashmir Constitution, those who had been living in the state before 14 May, 1954, and their descendants are subjects of the state. The law also treats those who are living in the part of Kashmir which is administered by Pakistan as state subjects. Any amendment in the permanent resident law will have to done by a two-third majority of state Assembly.

Article 35A was further seen as a commitment by New Delhi that it will not make laws other than in the matters of defence, communication and external affairs for the state. Jammu and Kashmir acceded to the Indian Union on the basis of that commitment. That promise was recognised through Article 370, which also laid down the procedure that could be adopted to extend central laws to the state.

Even separatists are defending Article 35A as they see its possible removal as an attempt to change the demography of the state by allowing Hindus from outside to settle here and tilt the vote in favour India in the event of any referendum. Mainstream parties defend Article 35A to secure the rights of people in government jobs and scholarships.

After the BJP earlier pulled support from Peoples Democratic Party chief Mehbooba Mufti and toppled her government, it is now locked in a confrontation with Vohra. Former deputy chief minister and senior BJP leader Kavinder Gupta said the BJP would wait for the verdict of Supreme Court.

However, he added, “The BJP was for complete integration of the state with Indian Union. The sovereignty and integrity of the nation is paramount to us.”

Although the BJP earlier, in the agenda of alliance with the PDP, promised that the constitutional position of the state with respect to Indian Union would remain intact, it said the party didn’t give up its stance on the revocation of Article 370 or 35-A.
