Centre says HC order vindicates it

There is no impediment before the government in seeking the eviction of the publishers of National Herald if they do not voluntarily vacate Herald House here and hand over its possession by January 3, the Housing and Urban Affairs Ministry said in a statement after the Delhi High Court “vindicated” the government’s stance in its Friday judgment.

National Herald is owned by a company whose majority stakeholders include Congress president Rahul Gandhi and his mother, Sonia Gandhi.

Herald House, a five-storey building on Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, stands on land originally allotted to Associated Journals Ltd. (AJL) at a concessional rate in 1962-63.ALSO READDelhi High Court orders National Herald publishers to vacate Herald House

On April 9, 2018, the Ministry’s inspection team did not find any printing press or newsprint stock on any of its floor.

More violations

Other violations include changes in share ownership and unauthorised rentals of the premises, the statement said, explaining the rationale for the Ministry’s October 30 order for the government’s re-entry into the premises.

By dismissing the AJL petition against the Ministry order, the High Court justified the government’s re-entry and ordered that there be no impediment to eviction, the statement said.

कलकत्ता हाई कोर्ट ने अमित शाह की रथ यात्रा को मंजूरी दी

इससे पहले तृणमूल कांग्रेस सरकार ने पश्चिम बंगाल में बीजेपी को रथयात्रा निकालने की अनुमति नहीं दी थी

कोलकाता। पश्चिम बंगाल में भाजपा के अध्यक्ष दिलीप घोष ने राज्य में पार्टी की ‘रथ यात्रा’ को अनुमति देने वाले कलकत्ता उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश का बृहस्पतिवार को स्वागत किया और कहा कि ‘‘जल्द ही’’ कार्यक्रम शुरू होगा। भगवा पार्टी इस ‘रथ यात्रा’ को ‘गणतंत्र बचाओ यात्रा’ बता रही है। ‘रथ यात्रा’ की अनुमति देते हुए न्यायमूर्ति तपब्रत चक्रवर्ती ने प्रदेश भाजपा को जिले में रैली के प्रवेश करने के तय समय से कम से कम 12 घंटे पहले जिला पुलिस अधीक्षकों को इसकी सूचना देने का निर्देश दिया। अदालत ने पार्टी को यह भी सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया कि “यात्राएं” कानून का पालन करते हुए यात्रा निकाली जाएं और सामान्य यातायात बाधित नहीं होना चाहिए।

पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार ने भाजपा को ‘रथ यात्रा’ की अनुमति देने से शनिवार को इनकार कर दिया था। उसने इसके लिए इन खुफिया रिपोर्टों का हवाला दिया था कि उन इलाकों में साम्प्रदायिक हिंसा की आशंका है जहां पार्टी यात्रा निकालने की योजना बना रही है। उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए घोष ने कहा, ‘‘हम अदालत के आदेश के लिए उसका आभार जताते हैं। यह ऐतिहासिक फैसला है। गणतंत्र बचाओ यात्रा जल्द ही शुरू होगी और कार्यक्रम के अनुसार आयोजित की जाएगी।’’ 

उन्होंने कहा, ‘‘हमने पहले ही नई तारीखें सौंप दी हैं लेकिन हम तारीखों में थोड़ा बदलाव कर सकते हैं। हम अदालत के सभी दिशा निर्देशों का पालन करेंगे।’’ घोष ने कहा कि भाजपा के प्रदेश और केंद्रीय नेता तारीखों के संबंध में पार्टी के अगले कदम पर निर्णय लेंगे। प्रदेश भाजपा के सूत्रों के अनुसार, नई तारीखें हैं : कूचबिहार जिले से 22 दिसंबर, दक्षिण 24 परगना जिले से 24 दिसंबर और बीरभूम में तारापीठ मंदिर से 26 दिसंबर।

सम्मान चाहिए पर विकल्प भी खुले हैं चराग पासवान

पासवान ने राहुल की जीत पर कहा, अगर आप किसी की आलोचना करते हैं और वही अच्छा परफॉर्म करे तो उसकी तारीफ करनी चाहिए

कुशवाहा कि तर्ज़ पर यदि सम्मान जनक सीटों का फैसला समय रहते नहीं होता तो विकल्प उनके लिए भी खुले हैं. पासवान को चुनावी मौसम का विशेषज्ञ बताया जाता है, यदि वह NDA छोड़ना चाहते हैं तो वाकई मौसम बदल रहा है.

लोक जनशक्ति पार्टी के नेता चिराग पासवान ने कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी की तारीफ की है. उन्होंने कहा, ‘राहुल गांधी में निश्चित ही सकारात्मक बदलाव आया है. कांग्रेस पार्टी को काफी समय बाद जीत हासिल हुई है.’

पासवान ने राहुल की जीत पर कहा, ‘अगर आप किसी की आलोचना करते हैं और वही अच्छा परफॉर्म करे तो उसकी तारीफ करनी चाहिए. उन्होंने मुद्दों को सही तरह से चुना.’

चिराग ने कहा, ‘जिस तरह कांग्रेस ने किसानों और बेरोजगारों की समस्याओं का मुद्दा उठाया, वह बहुत सही समय पर किया गया फैसला था. हम केवल धर्म और मंदिर के पेचीदे मामले में ही उलझे रहे.’

पासवान ने कहा, ‘मैं सरकार से मांग करता हूं कि आने वाले समय में हमें एक बार फिर विकास के मुद्दे पर ध्यान देना चाहिए.’

गौरतलब है कि मध्यप्रदेश, राजस्थान और छत्तीसगढ़ के विधानसभा चुनावों में कांग्रेस को शानदार जीत मिली है.

नीति आयोग के वाइस चेयरमैन राजीव कुमार ने कहा, मुझे नहीं लगता जितना काम किसानों के लिए मौजूदा सरकार ने किया है, उतना काम कभी किसी सरकार ने किया है

किसानों की कर्ज माफी को लेकर कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी ने मोदी सरकार पर निशाना साधा था. इसी के जवाब में नीति आयोग के वाइस चेयरमैन राजीव कुमार ने राहुल गांधी पर पलटवार किया है. उन्होंने कहा, ‘अब इस पर मैं क्या ही कहूं. ये ऐसा है जैसे मानो या न मानो मैं ही चैंपियन हूं. सरकार सब कुछ देखने के बाद ही काम करती है. मुझे नहीं लगता जितना काम किसानों के लिए मौजूदा सरकार ने किया है, उतना काम कभी किसी सरकार ने किया है.’

नीति आयोग के वाइस चेयरमैन ने आगे कहा कि किसी भी सरकार ने स्वामीनाथन रिपोर्ट को लेकर दिए गए सुझावों को स्वीकार नहीं किया, लेकिन इस सरकार ने किया. इससे किसानों को दिए जाने वाली कर्ज की राशी 10.50 लाख करोड़ रुपए तक बढ़ी है. राहुल गांधी की सरकार को अपना काम करना चाहिए, बाकी सब अपना काम कर रहे हैं.

 

गौरतलब है कि कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष ने किसानों की कर्ज को लेकर प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस की थी और मोदी सरकार पर जमकर निशाना साधा था. उन्होंने कहा था कि हमने सरकार बनने के छह घंटे में किसानों का कर्ज माफ किया. मोदी जी साढ़े चार साल से सत्ता में है फिर भी उन्होंने एक भी पैसा माफ नहीं किया. मोदी जी कब कर्ज माफ करेंगे. कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष ने कहा था कि, विधानसभा चुनावों में जो ये जीत मिली है, ये देश के गरीब, किसान और छोटे दुकानदारों की जीत है. जब तक किसानों का कर्ज माफ नहीं हो जाता हम पीएम मोदी को सोने नहीं देंगे. सभी विपक्षी दल एक साथ इसकी मांग करेंगे.

वैसे पूछते हैं:

एक और कांग्रेस अपने पुराने चाहवानों मल्लय नीरव और चोकसी को ले कर उनके कर्जों को लेकर मोदी सरकार को घेरती है और कर्जों कि राशी कि वापसी कि बात करती है और उस पैसे को मध्य वर्ग से कि गयी ठगी बताती है वहीँ अब वह किसानों का अरबों रूपये का लों माफ़ कर किस मद से पैसा वापिस देगी?
क्या मध्य वर्ग में कर्जे से जूझते और परिवार सहित आत्महत्या करते लोंगों को और निचोड़ेग?
क्या यह ठीक नहीं होगा कि इस प्रकार के चुनावी वायदे सरकारों को अपने पार्टी फंड से ही चुकाना चाहिए?

शिवराज सिंह से महिलाएं और बच्चे लिपट कर रो पड़े

आज शिवराज सिंह चौहान अपने विधानसभा क्षेत्र बुधनी पहुंचे जहां वह अपने क्षेत्र के लोगों का आभार प्रगट करने गए. वहां उन्हें मिलने कई औरतों का हुजूम भी मिलने पहुंचा. सभी औरतें शिवराज से बहुत भावपूर्ण ढंग से मिलीं.

बच्चे शिवराज सिंह चौहान को इन्हीं महिलाओं के कारण मामा शिवराज  कह कर बुलाते हैं. माहौल तब और भी ग़मगीन हो गया जब यही महिलायें पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह से लिपट कर रो पड़ीं. उन्हें शिवराज के पुन: मुख्यमंत्री न बनने का दुःख साल रहा था.

वहीँ कई महिलायें तो यह कहतीं भी ही सुनीं गयीं कि भैया अब हमारा क्या होगा?

तब भर्राए गले शिव राज सिंह ने कहा, “मैं हूँ न, टाइगर अभी जिंदा है.”

लोक सभा चुनाव अभी दूर हैं, कांग्रेस भी मामा शिवराज कि मातृशक्ति को लुभाने में कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ेगी अब देखना है कि मातृशक्ति शिवराज को पुन: अपने आशीर्वाद से कैसे सराबोर करतीं हैं.

बिहार और उत्तर प्रदेश जैसे राज्यों के लोगों के कारण मध्य प्रदेश के स्थानीय लोगों को नौकरी नहीं मिल पाती है: कमलनाथ

उत्तर प्रदेश से आकर मध्य प्रदेश में राजनीतिक करियर बनाने वाले कमलनाथ ने जब उनके ही जैसे संभावना तलाशते हुए यूपी से एमपी में आने वाले लोगों पर बयान दिया, तो वह खुद इस कटघरे में आ खड़े हुए 

कमलनाथ का जन्म उत्तर प्रदेश के कानपुर में हुआ, दून स्कूल से अपने स्कूल से पढ़ाई की, यहीं उनकी दोस्ती संजय से हुई, लॉ की पढ़ाई कानपुर विश्वविद्यालय के डीएवी कॉलेज से की और मध्यप्रदेश में अपनी राजनैतिक ज़मीन तलाशी

डेढ़ दशक के सूखे के बाद जब मध्य प्रदेश में कांग्रेस की सरकार बनी, तो बनते ही विवादों में भी घिर गई. यह विवाद तब शुरू हुआ जब कांग्रेस के नव निर्वाचित मुख्यमंत्री कमलनाथ ने कहा कि बिहार और उत्तर प्रदेश जैसे राज्यों के लोगों के कारण मध्य प्रदेश के स्थानीय लोगों को नौकरी नहीं मिल पाती है.

नव निर्वाचित मुख्यमंत्री के इस बयान के बाद न सिर्फ बिहार और यूपी  बल्कि तमाम राजनीतिक पार्टियों से इस बात का विरोध किया जाने लगा. कई लोगों ने तो खुद कमलनाथ पर ही सवालिया निशान उठा दिया. दरअसल कमलनाथ खुद भी उत्तर प्रदेश से हैं.

मध्य प्रदेश के नव निर्वाचित मुख्यमंत्री का जन्म 18 नवंबर 1946 में उत्तर प्रदेश के कानपुर में हुआ. कमलनाथ ने अपनी लॉ की पढ़ाई कानपुर विश्वविद्यालय के डीएवी कॉलेज से की थी. उन्होंने देहरादून के दून स्कूल से अपने स्कूल से पढ़ाई की थी. यहीं पर उनकी दोस्ती पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री के पुत्र और कांग्रेस के दिग्गज नेता संजय गांधी से हुई थी.

पहली बार छिंदवाड़ा से लड़ा था चुनाव

उत्तर प्रदेश में पैदा होने और पढ़ने वाले कमलनाथ ने अपने राजनीतिक करियर की शुरुआत मध्य प्रदेश से की. उन्होंने साल 1980 में मध्य प्रदेश की छिंदवाड़ा सीट से कांग्रेस के टिकट पर पहली बार चुनाव लड़ा था. और आज वह इसी राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री हैं. इसी के साथ मध्य प्रदेश के नव निर्वाचित मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि मध्य प्रदेश में ऐसे उद्योगों को छूट दी जाएगी, जिनमें 70 प्रतिशत नौकरी मध्य प्रदेश के लोगों को दी जाएगी.

Plea for Pakistan help to ‘liberate’ Punjab exposes SFJ-ISI nexus: Amarinder Singh

Amarinder has also taken strong exception to SFJ’s plans to hold the ‘Kartarpur Sahib Convention – 2019’, coinciding with the auspicious occasion of the 550th birth anniversary celebrations of Guru Nanak Dev.

Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Amarinder Singh on Tuesday said the statement by Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) seeking Pakistan’s help to ‘liberate’ Punjab from India has exposed the nefarious designs of the organisation and its nexus with the Pakistani Army and ISI.

In a hard-hitting reaction to the statement of SFJ’s legal advisor Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, Amarinder said the cat is now well and truly out of the bag, and the truth of the deep-rooted connection between SFJ and Pakistani Army is out in the open.

The statement has nailed SFJ’s lies that it is a peaceful movement to build momentum for a referendum on a separate state of Khalistan, said the CM, adding that it is more than evident now that the organisation, with the full support and backing of Pak Army and ISI, is striving to foment trouble in Indian Punjab.

Amarinder has also taken strong exception to SFJ’s plans to hold the ‘Kartarpur Sahib Convention – 2019’, coinciding with the auspicious occasion of the 550th birth anniversary celebrations of Guru Nanak Dev.

This, he said, has lent credence to his fears that Pakistan’s decision to open the Kartarpur Corridor was an ISI game-plan to help forces inimical to India, including SFJ. It has also once again proved that the Pak government had always been, and continues to remain, a puppet regime, working at the behest of the Army there, he added.

The whole affair is a bigger conspiracy by the Pak Army, which is persistently trying to revive militancy in Punjab, said the CM, reiterating his stand on the issue. Amarinder also reiterated that Punjab, and the Indian Army, are well prepared to counter any such plans of the neighbouring country.

Punjab is today much better equipped than it was in the 80s and 90s when Pak-backed terrorism had swept the state, he said, warning Islamabad against extending any further support to SFJ or other such outfits that are bent on disturbing the state’s hard-earned peace.

Asserting that he was all in favour of the Kartarpur Corridor to fulfil the long-pending aspirations of the Sikh community in India, the CM said it was the misuse of the initiative that he was opposed to.

If Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan was truly in favour of opening the doors for long-lasting peace with India through this corridor he should not only unequivocally condemn the SFJ statement but should also ensure that Pak soil is not used by the anti-India outfit to further its campaign, said Amarinder, urging the Pak leader to put a stop to the Kartarpur Sahib Convention – 2019 plans.

“We promised to waive loans in 10 days. In two States, we did it in six hours,” he tells reporters outside the Parliament hall.

Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday said he would not let Prime Minister Narendra Modi sleep until all farms loans were waived.

The government had turned a blind eye to “loans given to 15 top industrialists of the country, including Reliance Group chairman Anil Ambani,” but made no effort to alleviate the woes of farmers in the last four years, he said.

“We promised to waive loans in 10 days. In two States, we did it in six hours,” Mr. Gandhi told reporters outside the Parliament hall.

He alleged that the “loans of friends of Mr. Modi and BJP president Amit Shah” had been waived. About Rs. 3.5 lakh crore was waived for 15 corporates, including for Mr. Anil Ambani. Poor people and small shopkeepers were on one side and the group of industrialists on the other. The Congress and all other Opposition parties would stand by the poor and others, he said.

Terming demonetisation the world’s biggest scam, he accused the government of having stolen from the public, shopkeepers and farmers.

‘More typos coming now’

“There will be many more typos coming now,” he said when asked about the government’s claim on the “error” in the affidavit given to the Supreme Court on the Rafale issue.

“We will force a joint parliamentary committee on the Rafale issue. Why are they [the government and the BJP) running away from a debate in Parliament,” he said.

More than 1000 bank officers joined a protest demanded their long pending Wage Revision as per Charter of Demand for all officer up to Scale VII

On the call of All India Bank Officers Confederation , a body having more than 3.20 lac members across the country, held a massive demonstration , today , on 17th December  , in front of Punjab National Bank , Bank Square Sector-17, Chandigarh, where more than 1000 bank officers participated and They demand their long pending Wage Revision as per Charter of Demand for all officer up to Scale VII , updation /revision of pension and family pension  , introduction of five day week with immediate effect , stop mis- selling of third party products , focus on core business and NPA recovery , stop merger of Public Sector Banks . Speaking on the occasion Com Deepak Sharma , Joint General Secretary of AIBOC , strongly criticize the government and IBA for delay in their wage revision , which is due since November 2017 and demand immediate wage hike as per the charter of Demand for all the officers  up  to scale VII . He also demand immediate implementation of five day week . He further told that bank officers will observe 24 hour strike on 21st December to press for acceptance of their demands.

Com. Sanjay Sharma , President  SBIOA, Chandigarh Circle , strongly criticize the central government and IBA for ignoring long pending demands and asked to settle the at earliest . He further stated that government is hand in glove with big  corporate defaulters, who are having almost 84% of total NPAs of  banks and this is the main reasons for loss and weak position of PSBs.

Speaking on the occasion Com T S Saggu , State Secretary , AIBOC   strongly  criticize the government move of merger /amalgamation of Public Sector Banks and said that on the one side government is issuing licenses to the new small banks and on the other side they are merging the PSBs in the name of weak banks. the all most all the PSBs  are in operating profit and in net loss due to provisioning. Government is not serious about recovery from big corporate defaulters and are not making stringent laws for the recovery from them. He further stated that proposed 24 hour strike  on 21st December would be preceded by a series of massive agitation programmes across all the major centres and district headquarters, wearing of demand badges, display of posters at all Bank branches / offices / railway stations / bus stands, lunch time / evening time rally / demonstrations at all branches / offices and a Centralized Dharna at Delhi and at all State capitals and submission of Memorandum.

अपनी मांगों को मनवाने के लिए बैंक अधिकारी 21 दिसम्बर 2018 को 24 घंटे की हड़ताल पर रहेंगे

अखिल भारतीय बैंक अधिकारी संघ, जिसके पूरे देशभर में 3.20 लाख से ज्यादा बैंक कर्मचारी सदस्य हैं, ने आज पंजाब नेशनल बैंक, बैंक स्कवेर, सैक्टर – 17, चंडीगढ़ में भारी प्रदर्शन किया, जिसमें 1000 से अधिक बैंक अधिकारियों ने हिस्सा लिया और इनहोने Charter of Demand के अंतर्गत स्केल -VII तक के अधिकारियों की काफी समय से लंबित वेतन बढ़ोत्तरी और पाँच कार्यदिवस की माँग को तुरंत प्रभाव से लागू करने की बात राखी और तृतीय पक्ष के उत्पादों की गलत बिक्री को रोकना, NPA रिकवरी करना, बैंक के वास्तविक कार्य को करना, और बैंकों के विलय के विरोध में प्रदर्शन किया । इस मौके पर कॉमरेड दीपक शर्मा, संयुक्त महा सचिव, अखिल भारतीय बैंक अधिकारी संघ, ने वेतन वृधी में देरी के लिए कड़े शब्दों में सरकार ओर भारतीय बैंकिंग संघ की निंदा की जो की नवम्बर 2017 से होनी चाहिए थी और उन्होने Charter of Demand के अंतर्गत स्केल -VII तक के अधिकारियों की तुरंत प्रभाव से वेतन वृधी की माँग की है । उन्होने तुरंत पाँच कार्यदिवस को भी अमल में लाने की बात कही । इनहोने आगे कहा की अपनी मांगों को मनवाने के लिए बैंक अधिकारी 21 दिसम्बर 2018 को 24 घंटे की हड़ताल पर रहेंगे ।

इस मौके पर कॉमरेड संजय शर्मा , प्रधान , एसबीआईओए , चंडीगढ़ मण्डल , ने केन्द्रीय सरकार तथा इंडियन बैंक संघ की जमकर आलोचना की तथा वेतन समझोता जल्दी लागू करने को कहा । उन्होने ये बताया के बैंकिंग इंडस्ट्री का 84% एनपीए बड़े उद्योग घरानो का है और सरकार भी उनके साथ मिलीभगत है इस की वजय से बैंक घाटे में चल रहे है ।

इस मौके पर कॉमरेड अशोक गोयल , प्रधान एआईबीओसी चंडीगढ़ स्टेट ने भी संबोधित किया ।

इस मौके पर बोलते हुए कॉमरेड टी एस साग्गू, राज्य सचिव, अखिल भारतीय बैंक अधिकारी संघ, ने कड़े शब्दों सरकार की बैंकों के विलय की नीति की निंदा की और कहा की एक तरफ तो सरकार नए बैंकों के लाईसेंस जारी कर रही है ओर दूसरी तरफ कमज़ोर बैंक क नाम पर PSB बैंकों का विलय कर रही है । उन्होने बताया की लगभग सभी Public Sector bank परिचालन मुनाफे में हैं और प्रावधानों की वजह से कुल घाटे में है । सरकार बड़े कॉर्पोरेट दोषियों से पूर्ति करने में गंभीर नहीं है ओर नाही कोई शख्त कानून बनाया जा रहा है जिस से इन कॉर्पोरेट से ऋण की वसूली की जा सके । इनहोने आगे कहा की 21 दिसम्बर को होने वाली 24 घंटे की प्रस्तावित हड़ताल में भारी प्रदर्शन कार्यक्रम सभी मुख्य कार्यालय और जिला मुख्यालय में किए जायेंगे, अपनी मांगों के पक्ष मे चिन्ह पहनना, सभी शाखा, कार्यालय, रेल्वे स्टेशन, बस स्टैंड, मे पोस्टर्स लगाना शामिल है और लंच के समय और शाम को रैली करना शामिल है सभी शाखा, कार्यालय और दिल्ली में केंद्रीकृत और सभी राज्यों की राजधानी में धरना और ज्ञापन सौपना शामिल है ।
