MV Theft

          Shiva Dasan R/o # 3204, Sector 37D, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Platina M/Cycle No. PB-65F-4338 From Back Side Meena Bazzar, NAC, Mani Majra, Chandigarh on 12.02.2021.           Surinder Singh R/o # 2063/B, sector 41C Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Maruti 800 Car No. CH- 01AC-2444 from Near His House On the night Intervening on 14/15-02-2021. A lady residence of Sector-44, Chandigarh reported that two unknown lady stole away gold bangle of complainant near Chetanya Hospital, Sector-44, Chandigarh on 16-02-2021. A case FIR No. 31, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Ratinder Benerjee R/o # 225/B, Sector-51A, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away music system & speaker from his WagonR Car No. PB-10B1-4801 Parked near his house on 15-02-2021. A case FIR No.07, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-49, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Criminal Breach of trust

A case FIR No. 49, U/S 406 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh on the complaint of Neeraj Bajaj R/o # 1639/1, Sector-40/B, Chandigarh who reported that one unknown person contacted complainant through OLX for buying complainant’s Bullet MotorCycle No. PB-65AV-2002 on 16.02.2020. He took away the complainant’s motorcycle from near his house for trial purposes and did not return back. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Assault/Trespassing/Theft

A lady resident of Sector-38W, Chandigarh alleged that Balbir Singh, Ranbir Singh, Prabhjot Singh & other entered in complainant’s house and started quarreling and also stole away property papers, mobile phones, purse containing gold ornaments & CCTV DVR from his house on 15-02-2021. A case FIR No. 20, U/S 452, 323, 380, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh. Later Balbir Singh and Ranbir Singh both R/o # 172 Chungia Road Dashmesh Nagar Kharar Mohali (PB) have been arrested in this case. Investigation of the case is in progress.
