Karan Gilhotra Chair Punjab PHDCCI honored at the “Flavors of India Conclave”

“Flavors of India Conclave” was organized by SRS Foundation, in collaboration with Union Ministry of Food Processing & Ministry of Culture at New Delhi. The event was inaugurated by Sh. Chirag Paswan, Union Minister for Food Processing Industries, GOI.

On this occasion political dignitaries, Sh. Arjun Ram Meghwal Union Minister of Law &Justice, Sh. Gajendra Singh Shekhawat Union Minister of Culture & Tourism, Sh. Giriraj Singh Union Minister of Textiles, Dr. Jitendra Singh Minister of State of Science & Technology were present. Awards were presented across various genres to Industry leaders, acknowledging their immense contributions.
During the conclave, Dr. Jitendra Singh, Minister of State of Science presented a prestigious award to Sh. Karan Gilhotra, Chair, PHDCCI Punjab for his exemplary leadership and unwavering dedication to advancing various industries in Punjab.

 His visionary approach and strategic initiatives have significantly contributed to fostering innovation, enhancing industry standards, and driving sustainable growth. His steadfast commitment to excellence and his efforts in nurturing talent and creating opportunities within the industry were lauded as a benchmark for future endeavors.

The conclave was curated by Sh. Shehzad Poonawala, Ms. Himani Arora and SRSF foundation where Sh. Poonawala held panel discussion on Sustainability in the Indian Food Industry with leading restaurateurs of the country like Sh. Sagar J Daryani President NRAI, Sh. Zorawar Kalra Founder Farzi Café & Sh. Aseem Grover Founder of Big Chill.

Fashion Designer, Ms. Himani Arora from Amritsar moderated the Panel discussion on Future of Indian Textiles discussing the future of Indian textiles, Trends & Innovations in the contemporary fashion with Sh. Sunil Sethi Chairman FDCI, Sh. Sidhant Keshwani Founder & CEO Libas and Fashion Designers, Sh. Amit Agarwal, Sh. Akhilesh Pahwa & Ms. Monica Shah.
