SENSATIONAL DACOITY CASE worked out within 24 hours WITH THE ARREST OF SIX GANG MEMBERS.
Chandigarh Police has worked out a sensational dacoity case within 24 hours by arresting/apprehending six persons.
INCIDENT:-
A Case FIR No. 390 dt. 3.11.18 u/s 395 IPC & 25/54/59 Arms Act PS 36, Chd. was registered on the complaint of Anil Kumar (18 yrs)S/o Ram Naresh R/o # 551, Vill Kajheri near Atta Chakki Sector 52, Chd in which he stated that At about 9 PM, he was going towards Furniture mkt Sec 53 from Kajheri chowk by the way of slip road of sector 53. As when he reached in front of Sector 53 garden, suddenly six youth persons boarded on Activa and Splender, robbed his wallet containing cash about Rs. 200-300/- & his documents, his silver ring by giving him fear of death on gun point. He further added that they threatened him not to disclose the matter to anyone otherwise they will kill him and fled away from the spot. The complainant could not note down the exact number of m/cycle but he noted CH—-4346 only. On this a Case FIR No. 390 dt. 3.11.18 u/s 395 IPC & 25/54/59 Arms Act PS 36, Chd. at PS 36, Chd. in this regard.
INFORMATION, TEAM, INTERROGATION & MODUS-OPERANDI:-
On 3.11.18, specific information was received by ASI Kartar Singh that six persons involved in the dacoity at garden Sec 53, Chd. will come from Mohali through kachha rasta sector 53, Chd and assemble to commit such kind of crime again in Jungle area of Sector 53, Chd. Acting on the information, a special team was constituted and the following accused
1. Gaurav alias Golu son of Kuldeep Verma resident of Jujhar Nagar district Mohali age 18 year.
2. Ajay alias Ninja son of Ravi resident of 5916 sec 56 age 19 yrs have been arrested and four juveniles were also apprehended. On their interrogation, they confessed their involvement in the dacoity committed in Sector 53 Chandigarh. On intensive interrogation, the plot of the dacoity was uncovered and it was revealed that firstly they hide themselves in the dark area of both sides of the road and stopped their vehicles about a distance of 50 yards away from their targeted place. After that they select the single/alone person either pedestrian or on two wheeler and robbed him on the gun point and flee on their vehicles.
RECOVERY: –
Recovered all the robbed property i.e. wallet containing cash about Rs. 200/- & his documents, his silver ring and the vehicle involved in the crime i.e. one activa pleasure No. CH01AX-7039 and one m/c splender No. CH01BB-4346 has also been recovered with one khilona pistol from their possession.

Previous Criminal Record.
Following case was found registered against accused Gaurav @ Golu.
1. Case FIR No. 526 dt. 18.12.17 u/s 379,411 IPC PS 39, Chd.
Apart from this three juveniles who have been apprehended in the present case are also involved in Case FIR No. 526 dt. 18.12.17 u/s 379,411 IPC PS 39, Chd. & FIR 109 dt. 11.3.18 u/s 324, 34 IPC PS 39 Chd.
Whereas interrogation of accused Gaurav @ Golu & Ajay alias Ninja is going on and more recoveries/involvement in other crimes are likely to be affected from them.

कल एचएमटी के कर्मचारियों ने एचएमटी बचाओ संघर्ष समिति के संरक्षक व पूर्व चेयरमैन हरियाणा सरकार श्री विजय बंसल का उनके निवास स्थान पर पहुंचकर एचएमटी के कर्मचारियों की निरन्तर आवाज उठाने के लिए आभार प्रकट किया।28 अकटुबर को हुए विशाल व सफल काला दिवस(धरना प्रदर्शन) के लिए धन्यवाद किया।इसके साथ साथ भविष्य में भी इस मुहिम को ओर तेज करने के लिए रणनीति बनाई।कर्मचारियों ने कहा कि यह विजय बंसल के ही प्रयास है कि कर्मचारियों को 30 माह का वेतन मिला,श्रम व भारी उद्योग मंत्रालय के अधिकारियों से बैठक हुई व कोर्ट के माध्यम से आदेश हुए कि एचएमटी ट्रेक्टर प्लांट के 150 कर्मियों पर क्लोजर का आदेश लागू नही होता आदि।दर्जनों बार अनेको विशाल धरने-पदयात्राएं-प्रदर्शन आदि केवल व केवल श्री विजय बंसल जी के प्रयासों से सफलता पूर्वक हो रहे है जिससे कर्मचारियों की समस्याओ का समाधान हो रहा है।

विजय बंसल ने कर्मियों का धन्यवाद किया।इसके साथ ही बंसल ने अपने जारी ब्यान में कहा कि दुख का विषय है कि विधायिका के अनुसार सेब मंडी से युवाओ को रोजगार मिलेगा जबकि असल मे ऐसा नही होगा।वही बन्सल ने कहा की सेब मंडी लगने से सरकार को कोई आय नही होगी।इसके साथ ही तथ्यों के आधार पर विधायिका समेत सरकार श्वेत पत्र जारी कर बताए कि सेब मंडी लगने से कितने स्थानीय युवाओ को रोजगार मिलेगा,सरकार को कितनी आय होगी व स्थानीय व्यापार कितना बढेगा।बंसल ने कहा कि सेब मंडी लगने से दुर्गंध होगी-दरअसल ,पंचकूला में जब सब मंडी लगाई गई थी तब वहां आबादी नही थी अब जब वहां आबादी होगई है तो उसे स्थानांतरित करने के लिए एचएमटी को विकल्प बनाया जा रहा है जिससे पिंजोर वासियो समेत गार्डन के पर्यटकों पर भी असर पड़ेगा व पिंजोरवासियो को दुर्गंध का शिकार होना पड़ेगा।इस क्षेत्र में सेब की पैदावार तक नही है, हिमाचल आदि से जो भी व्यापारी आता है वह प्लेदार भी अपने लाते है, ऐसे में क्षेत्र के शिक्षित युवाओ को न तो रोजगार मिलेगा व न ही स्थानीय लोगो के लिए व्यापार के साधन।इसके साथ ही बंसल ने बताया कि सेब मंडी का कारोबारी समय केवल 2 माह का होता है,ऐसे में इस क्षेत्र को किसी प्रकार से फायदा नही होने वाला।विजय बंसल के अनुसार यदि सरकार 100 करोड़ खर्चना चाहती है तो सरकार को कोई उद्योग लगाने में क्या परेशानी है?सेब मंडी से केवल जनता के 100 करोड़ बर्बाद करना व एचएमटी की जमीन को खुर्द बुर्द करने का एक सुनियोजित षड्यंत्र है , इस जनविरोधी मनसूबे को किसी भी हाल में पूरा नही होने दिया जाएगा।बंसल ने कर्मचारियों के साथ बैठक कर आगामी रणनीति पर भी चर्चा करी।विजय बंसल के अनुसार यदि सरकार द्वारा सेब मंडी के सम्बंध में कुछ भी कदम उठाया गया तो सत्ताधारी नेता,सरकार व प्रशासन को जनता के भारी विरोध का सामना करना पड़ेगा।

“Cycling to a healthier and cleaner future” was topic for painting competition by Chandigarh Police

Today, on dated 03.11.2018, during the celebration of 9th Police Week Chandigarh. Traffic police organized a Painting Competition under the theme “Cycling to a healthier and cleaner future” at multipurpose hall, Sec-26, Police Lines. 200 students of 19 Govt. Schools and 02 Private Schools participated in said painting competition. Competition was held in two categories i.e Senior wing and Junior wing. Smt. Arpana Beniwal W/o Sh. Sanjay Beniwal IPS, DGP UT, Chd, President, Chandiarh Police Family Welfare Society was the Chief Guest of the event. Smt. Vasundhara Dalal Anand W/o Sh. Shashank Anand, IPS, SSP/Sec&Traffic, Member Chandiarh Police Family Welfare Society, Sh. Charanjeet Singh DSP/Traffic/East, Sh. Amrao Singh DSP/Traffic(South), Sh. SPS Sondhi DSP/Traffic(Central),  Insp. Sita Devi Insp./Admn., Insp. Jaspal Singh , all Traffic Marshals of Chandigarh Police and teachers of the Schools, were present. Sh. Shashank Anand,IPS ,SSP/Sec. & Traffic deliver the Welcome address. A Cultural program was also held and during the function i.e. Himachali folk song, bhangra, Haryanwi Folk dance, Rajasthani folk dance, and Punjabi folk songs were performed by the students and HC Bhupinder Singh also sang song on Traffic Awareness. Shri Pankaj Saroj and Gurpreet Dhiman of Art College were the judges of the painting competition.

Out of the participants, Shilpa, Class 12th A, Govt. Model Sr. Sec. School sector 39 C got 1st position.  Rajnee Kaur, Class 10th B, GMSSS Sector 39 C got 2nd position. Prerna Class 9th, B Moti ram Arya Sr. Sec. School Sector 27 A got 3rd position in senior wing. Whereas, Swati, roll no. 36 of class 8th A, GMSSS, Sec 39 C got 1st position, Dheeraj, roll no. 22 of class 8th B, GMSSS, Sec 16 D got 2nd position, Deepankshi, roll no. 10 of class 8th C, GMSSS, Sec 35 D got 3rd position in Junior Category. Apart from these, two consolation prizes were given to Gurpreet Kaur of class 8th B, GMSSS, Sec 39 C and Manpreet Kaur of class 11th GMSSS-23A, Chandigarh. Winners of all categories were awarded with Trophies and Certificates by the Chief Guest.

Chandigarh Police organised “Know Your Case” & “Public Greviences Redressal Camp”

Now as “Know Your Case Scheme & Public Grievances Redressal Camp” of Chandigarh police has been organized in unified way i.e. on every 1st Saturday of every month. The objective of these schemes is to provide easily accessible and speedy machinery for redressal of grievances. Implementation of these directives on a sustained basis would go a long way in creating confidence in public.

 “Know your case” scheme was launched by Chandigarh Police in 2013 under the title to bring greater transparency and accountability in police functioning. Under this scheme, citizen visits the concerned Police Stations/units and also in Traffic Lines Sector-29, Chandigarh to check the status of their cases, complaints and also traffic challans. Under this scheme, complainant can visit the concerned police station/unit to know the status of investigation/inquiry.

To bring greater transparency and accountability in police functioning, Chandigarh Police also launched another scheme under title “Public Grievances Redress Campaign” in July 2017 in all police stations of Chandigarh to redress grievances/complaints of public. The main idea behind this scheme is to redress/dispose maximum complaints/grievances of general public more effectively and in the short span of time.

 

Today 03.11.2018, Know your case & Public Grievances Redressal Campaign was organized in all police stations/units from 10 AM to 2 PM. The SDPO’s and concerned DSP’s personally supervise this campaign.  During this, total 434 persons visited the Police Stations, units under these schemes. 398 persons visited under Public Grievances camp and 36 persons visited under Know your case Scheme. Total 283 complaints have been disposed off during Public Grievances Redressal camp. SDPOs of each sub-division also reviewed the process personally by spending adequate time at police stations of their sub-division. The facts of complaints were discussed with complainants. During the camp problems/issues discussed and instructions/directions regarding these have been issued to concerned Police officials/Beat staff to comply with accordingly.

Chandigarh Police arrested Sunny R/o # 1269, Deep Complex, Village-Hallomajra, Chandigarh, Vicky R/o # 6564, Sector-56, Chandigarh, Inderjit R/o # 1452/3, Sector-29/B, Chandigarh, Balbir Kumar R/o # 926, Deep Complex, Village-Hallomajra, Chandigarh & Bharat Samson R/o # 123/4, Village-Raipur Khurd, Chandigarh while they were gambling near # 926, Village-Hallomajra, Chandigarh and recovered cash Rs. 8,980/- from their possession. A case FIR No. 417, U/S 13-3-67 Gambling Act has been registered in PS-31, Chandigarh. Later they bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

One arrested under NDPS Act

Chandigarh Police arrested Gurdev Ram R/o Village-Badasro, PS-Gad Shankar, Distt.-Hoshiarpur, Punjab from T-Point, backside CTU Workshop, ISBT-43, Chandigarh and recovered 600 Injections of Buprenorphine and Avil drugs from his possession. A case FIR No. 389, U/S 22 NDPS Act has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Sh. Ashish R/o # 1005, Deshmesh Nagar, Village-Nayagaon, Distt.-Mohali, Punjab reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s Motor Cycle No. CH-01AN-6419 while parked near SCO No.28-29, Sector-20/D, Chandigarh on 31-10-2018. A case FIR No. 309, U/s 379 IPC has been registered in PS-19 Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

A case FIR No. 324, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh on the statement of Pammy R/o Jhuggi No.216, DBC, Sector-25, Chandigarh who alleged that driver of Pajero car No.CH-04B-9244 struck with complainant’s Jhuggi on 02.11.2018. 5 childrens got injured and admitted in GH-16, Chandigarh. Later 1 child refers to PGI, Chandigarh. Driver of Pajero car namely Pukhraj R/o # 86, Sector-18/A, Chandigarh arrested and later bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Cheating

A case FIR No. 390, U/S 420, 120B IPC and 3,4 Chit Fund Act has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh on the complaint of Sh. Aditya Pathania R/o # 1399/7, Phase-11, Distt.-Mohali, Punjab & Other against Neeraj Kumar R/o # 3123, Sector-45, Chandigarh who cheated total Rs.10,87,000/- from complainant and others. Investigation of the case is in progress

तेजप्रताप ने विवाह विच्छेद की अर्ज़ी दाखिल की

तेजप्रताप इस शादी से खुश नहीं थे

हाल ही शादी के बंधन में बंधे लालू प्रसाद यादव के बड़े बेटे तेजप्रताप ने शादी के 6 महीने के भीतर ही तलाक की अर्जी डाल दी है. पटना के सिविल कोर्ट और फैमिली कोर्ट में उन्होंने अपनी पत्नी ऐश्वर्या से तलाक के लिए अर्जी डाली है. तेजप्रताप इस शादी से खुश नहीं थे. वह ऐश्वर्या से शादी ही नहीं करना चाहते थे. परिवार के दबाव में उन्होंने शादी की थी.

तेजप्रताप के वकील यशवंत कुमार शर्मा ने कहा, मैं अभी ज्यादा कुछ नहीं कह सकता. दोनों साथ में तालमेल नहीं बिठा सके .तेज प्रताप यादव की तरफ से हिंदू विवाह अधिनियम के तहत तलाक का आवेदन किया गया है.

बताया जा रहा है कि जब शादी के बाद ऐश्वर्या लालू के 10 सर्कुलर रोड वाले घर में आई थीं. तो दस दिनों के बाद ही परिवार में अनबन शुरू हो गई थी.

बता दें कि दोनों की शादी इसी साल 12 मई को हुई थी. तेजप्रताप की पत्नी ऐश्वर्या आरजेडी विधायक चंद्रिका की बेटी हैं. ऐश्वर्या पिछले कई महीने से परिवार के साथ नहीं रह रही थीं.

हालांकि लालू का परिवार इस खबर का खंडन कर रहा है. लालू का परिवार चाहता है कि दोनों साथ बने रहे. वहीं ऐश्वर्या के परिवार की तरफ से भी अभी कोई बयान नहीं जारी किया गया है. माना जा रहा है कि तेजप्रताप का यह व्यक्तिगत फैसला है. फिलहाल तेजप्रताप लालू यादव से मिलने गए हैं.

शुक्रवार को भारतीय रुपए ने पांच साल में किसी एक दिन की सबसे बड़ी उछाल दर्ज की।

शुक्रवार को भारतीय रुपए ने पांच साल में किसी एक दिन की सबसे बड़ी उछाल दर्ज की। ईरान पर क्रूड खरीदने को लेकर प्रतिबंध के मामले में भारत को राहत मिलने के संकेतों से शुक्रवार को रुपया डॉलर की तुलना में 100 पैसे की मजबूती के साथ 72.45 के स्तर पर बंद हुआ। इसके अलावा शेयर बाजार में मजबूती और फॉरेन फंड का फ्लो बढ़ने से भी भारतीय करंसी को सपोर्ट मिला। लगातार पॉजिटिव संकेतों से भारतीय रुपया बीते दो सेशन में डॉलर की तुलना में 150 पैसे मजबूत हो चुका है। गुरुवार को रुपए में 50 पैसे प्रति डॉलर की मजबूती दर्ज की गई थी।

 

सितंबर, 2013 के बाद की सबसे बड़ी एकदिनी तेजी

सुबह इंटरबैंक फॉरेन एक्सचेंज (Forex market) में रुपया मजबूती के साथ प्रति डॉलर 73.14 के स्तर पर खुला। बाद में मजबूती और बढ़ गई और इंट्रा डे में 102 पैसे मजबूत होकर रुपया 72.43 प्रति डॉलर के स्तर पर पहुंच गया। हालांकि अंत में यह 72.45 प्रति डॉलर के स्तर पर बंद हुआ। यह सितंबर, 2013 के बाद रुपए में सबसे ज्यादा तेजी रही।

 

इन वजहों से आई मजबूती

अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार में क्रूड ऑयल की कीमतों लगातार नरमी, करंट अकाउंट डेफिसिट बढ़ने की चिंताओं में कमी से रुपए में यह मजबूती देखने को मिल रही है। मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रम्प की अगुआई वाली अमेरिका सरकार भारत और कुछ अन्य देशों को ईरान से तेल इंपोर्ट करने के मामले में छूट देने पर विचार कर रही है। हालांकि ईरान पर अमेरिकी प्रतिबंध 4 नवंबर से लागू होने जा रहे हैं।

प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने शुक्रवार को सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्योगों के लिए 59 मिनट में 1 करोड़ का लोन देने की घोषणा की है. इस बीच पीएम मोदी ने ईज ऑफ डुइंग बिजनेस रैंकिंग में भारत की उछाल की भी तारीफ की.

इसके लिए एक स्पेशल पोर्टल भी लॉन्च किया गया है. जिसके मदद से आसानी आप एक घंटे से भी कम समय में लोन पा सकते हैं. लोन लेने के लिए आपका छोटा या मध्यम उद्योग का जीएसटी रजिस्ट्रेशन होना चाहिए. पीएम ने कहा कि पहली बार लोन लेने पर GST रजिस्टर्ड MSMEs पर ब्याज दर में 2 प्रतिशत की छूट दी जाएगी. पहली बार लोन लेने पर इसकी ब्याज दर 3 प्रतिशत होगी इसके बाद यह 5 प्रतिशत हो जाएगा. केंद्र सरकार ने MSMEs को बूस्ट करने के लिए 12 अहम फैसले लिए हैं.

यह जरूरी है कि वो सभी कंपनियां जिनकी टर्नओवर 500 करोड़ से ज्यादा है वह TReDS प्लेटफॉर्म यानी व्यापार प्राप्तियां ई-छूट प्रणाली में शामिल हों. ताकि MSMEs को कैश फ्लो में कोई परेशानी ना उठानी पड़े.

इस दौरान प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा, मैं 59 मिनट में लोन अप्रूव करने वाली यह पोर्टल आपको समर्पित कर रहा हूं. यह अभी से ही एमएसएमई बिजनेसमैन को फायदा पहुंचाने लगी है.

पीएम ने कहा, यह हमारे लिए गर्व की बात है कि भारत ने इज ऑफ डूइंग बिजनेस में 77 वें नंबर पर अपनी जगह बना ली है. 4 साल पहले जब हमारी सरकार सत्ता में नहीं थी तो हम 142 वें रैंक पर थे. वो दिन ज्यादा दूर नहीं जब हम अपनी जगह टॉप 50 में बना लेंगे.
