महज़ 50 लाख लगा कर गाँधी परिवार द्वारा नेशनल हेराल्ड कि 92.25 करोड़ ठगने के मामले में  कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता मोतीलाल वोरा ने बताया कि भाजपा नेता सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी नेशनल हेराल्ड केस की कार्यवाहियों को प्रभावित करने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं.

कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता मोतीलाल वोरा ने दिल्ली की एक अदालत को बताया कि भाजपा नेता सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी सोशल मीडिया पर टिप्पणियां करके नेशनल हेराल्ड केस की कार्यवाहियों को प्रभावित करने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं. वोरा की तरफ से पेश हुए वरिष्ठ वकील आर एस चीमा ने अतिरिक्त मुख्य मेट्रोपॉलिटन मजिस्ट्रेट समर विशाल को बताया कि स्वामी ट्वीट करके आरोपियों का चरित्रहनन कर रहे हैं.

वकील ने कहा, शिकायतकर्ता (स्वामी) आरोपियों की तरफ से पेश हुए वकीलों का भी अपमान कर रहे हैं और केस के गुण-दोष पर टिप्पणी करके मौजूदा जांच को प्रभावित करने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं. वोरा की तरफ से ही पेश हुईं वकील तरन्नुम चीमा ने अदालत ने अनुरोध किया कि वह स्वामी को मुकदमे के संबंध में ट्वीट करने से रोकने वाला आदेश पारित करें. अदालत इस मामले की अगली सुनवाई 20 अक्टूबर को करेगी और उसी दिन स्वामी वोरा के आरोपों पर अपना जवाब देंगे.

भाजपा नेता स्वामी ने एक निजी आपराधिक शिकायत में यूपीए अध्यक्ष सोनिया गांधी, कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी और अन्य पर धोखाधड़ी और रकम में गड़बड़ी का आरोप लगाते हुए कहा है कि उन्होंने यंग इंडिया प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के जरिए महज 50 लाख रुपए की रकम देकर एसोसिएट जर्नल्स से कांग्रेस के जरिए वसूले जाने वाली 90.25 करोड़ रुपए की रकम का अधिकार हासिल कर लिया.

स्मृति ईरानी का कहना है कि राहुल गांधी का आरती करना और राम नाम जपना भारतीय जनता पार्टी की जीत है. राहुल ने कहा था कि वे हिंदू आतंकवाद से डरते हैं और उनकी पार्टी ने कहा था कि भगवान राम का अस्तित्व नहीं है.

स्मृति ईरानी ने कहा कि आधी सच्चाई और झूठ के साथ राहुल गांधी को आज मंदिरों में अपने राजनीतिक लाभ के लिए जाते हुए देखा जा सकता है. उनके जरिए यह काम लोगों को इस बात पर विश्वास कराने का प्रयास है कि वह बहुसंख्यक समुदाय के बीच स्वीकार्य हो सकते हैं, जिसे उन्होंने सालों से अपमानित किया है.

Traffic police’s spl. drive against wrong entry and wrong parking

Today i.e.  6.10.18 Chandigarh Traffic Police has launched special drive against the motorists plying, wrong entry and wrong parking on the cycle tracks and footpath in different locations of the city for the safety of cyclists and pedestrians under the supervision of Zonal Traffic DSPs  and Inspectors. During drive Kalandra U/S 184 M.V.Act 1988 initiated against 29 violators they were arrested and bailed out for plying vehicle on cycle tracks/footpath and their vehicles also impounded.  Further drive will be continue.

Chandigarh traffic police conducted meetings with the members of Market, Resident welfare associations, Panchayat members of Villages and heads of religious places for the awareness use of cycle tracks and no parking of motor vehicles on Cycle tracks/footpaths.

Polling dates: November 12 and 20 (Chhattisgarh); November 28 (Madhya Pradesh and Mizoram) and December 7 (Rajasthan and Telangana

The Election Commission of India (ECI) on Saturday announced the election schedule to five States – Madhya Pradesh, Mizoram, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Telangana.

Polling would be held in two phases in Chhattisgarh and in single phase in the other States, said Chief Election Commissioner O.P. Rawat at a press conference in New Delhi. All the results will be out on December 11.

विजय बन्सल ने अपने सम्बोधन में कहा कि कालका विधानसभा में व्यापार व उद्योग दोनों खत्म हो चुका है।यहां दो बड़े उद्योग थे एचएमटी व एसीसी , एसीसी को 1997 में व एचएमटी का ट्रेक्टर प्लांट बन्द करदिया तथा मशीन टूल्स बन्द होने के कगार पर है जिससे कालका-पिंजोर का व्यापार खत्म होगया है।इसके साथ साथ अब पिंजोर-कालका रेलवे लाइन पर अंडरपास बनवाकर सेकड़ो दुकानदारों की रोजी रोटी छीनने का काम किया जा रहा है।विजय बंसल ने कहा यहाँ रोजगार के साधन नही है जिसकी वजह से व्यापार प्रभावित हुआ पड़ा है।

पिंजोर में-नाबालिग से गैंगरेप के तीनों आरोपी गिरफ्तार

पिंजौर गैंगरेप मामले में पिंजौर पुलिस ने 3 आरोपियों को किया गिरफ्तार। आपको बता दें कि लिफ्ट का बहाना देकर लड़की का साथ किया था गैंगरेप। बद्दी से तीनों आरोपियों को किया गिरफ्तार आज किया पंचकूला कोर्ट में पेश कोर्ट ने तीनों को जुडिशल भेजा।

28 सितम्बर को अकेली लड़की को अभिषेक बद्दी ले गया था वहां उसके 2 रूम मेट्स के साथ मिल कर उसने इस अपराध  को अंजाम दिया.

पीड़ित लड़की ने अभिषेक के ही फोन से इस बात के बाबत अपने जान कार को बताया और अभिषेक ही उसे बीएस स्टैंड पर जानकार के पास छोड़ने आया था.पुलिस से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार लड़की की किसी दुसरे लड़के से दोस्ती थी जब उसके परिजनों को इस बात का पता चला तो वह लड़की से नाराज़ हुए, घबरा कर लड़की घर से पिंजौर बद्दी कि सडक पर निकल गयी वहीँ उसे अभिषेक ने लिफ्ट दी और अपने कमरे में ले जा कर उसका सामूहिक बलात्कार किया.

Know your case camp by Chandigarh Police organised

Now as “Know Your Case Scheme & Public Grievances Redressal Camp” of Chandigarh police has been organized in unified way i.e. on every 1st Saturday of every month. The objective of these schemes is to provide easily accessible and speedy machinery for redressal of grievances. Implementation of these directives on a sustained basis would go a long way in creating confidence in public.

 “Know your case” scheme was launched by Chandigarh Police in 2013 under the title to bring greater transparency and accountability in police functioning. Under this scheme, citizen visits the concerned Police Stations/units and also in Traffic Lines Sector-29, Chandigarh to check the status of their cases, complaints and also traffic challans. Under this scheme, complainant can visit the concerned police station/unit to know the status of investigation/inquiry.

To bring greater transparency and accountability in police functioning, Chandigarh Police also launched another scheme under title “Public Grievances Redress Campaign” in July 2017 in all police stations of Chandigarh to redress grievances/complaints of public. The main idea behind this scheme is to redress/dispose maximum complaints/grievances of general public more effectively and in the short span of time.

Today 06.10.2018, Know your case & Public Grievances Redressal Campaign was organized in all police stations/units from 10 AM to 2 PM. The SDPO’s and concerned DSP’s personally supervise this campaign.  During this, total 614 persons visited the Police Stations, units under these schemes. 584 persons visited under Public Grievances camp and 30 persons visited under Know your case Scheme. Total 307 complaints have been disposed off during Public Grievances Redressal camp. SDPOs of each sub-division also reviewed the process personally by spending adequate time at police stations of their sub-division. The facts of complaints were discussed with complainants. During the camp problems/issues discussed and instructions/directions regarding these have been issued to concerned Police officials/Beat staff to comply with accordingly.

 In continuation of a special drive against consuming liquor at public place, yesterday, the drive was carried out at different parts of the city. Under this drive total 21 different cases U/S 68-1(B) Punjab Police Act 2007 & 510 IPC got registered in different police stations of Chandigarh in which total 21 persons were arrested while consuming liquor at public place. All later on bailed out. A case FIR No. 401, U/S 22 NDPS Act has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Action against Gambling/Satta

Chandigarh Police arrested Hardeep Singh R/o # 712/3, BDC, Sector-26, Chandigarh, Vicky R/o # 133/3, Ph-3, BDC, Sector-26, Chandigarh, Surjit R/o # 110, Ph-3, BDC Sector-26, Chandigarh, Rajat R/o # 186, Ph-2, BDC, Sector-26, Chandigarh, while they were gambling near Shanker Studio, BDC, Sector-26, Chandigarh on 05.10.2018. Total cash Rs. 10,700/- was recovered from their possession. A case FIR No. 320, U/S 13-3-67 Gambling Act has been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh. Later they bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Chandigarh Police arrested Mohd. Mustafa R/o # 1611, Burail, Chandigarh while he was playing satta near his house on 05.10.2018. Total cash Rs. 3700/- was recovered from his possession. A case FIR No. 357, U/S 13A-3-67 Gambling Act has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh. Later he was bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

One arrested for applying fake number plate

        Cheetah staff of Chandigarh Police arrested Anil Kumar R/o Devinder Service Station, Village Saketri, Panchkula (HR) age 34 years, near Beat Box, NIC, MM, Chandigarh on 05-10-2018, while he was using fake Registration number HR03Q-8462 on Splendor Motor Cycle. In this regard, a case FIR No. 265, U/S 473 IPC has been registered in PS-IT Park, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

One arrested for trying Theft

A case FIR No. 297, U/S 380, 511 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh on the complaint of Harpreet (watchman) R/o # 2549/A, Sector-25, Chandigarh who alleged that Aman R/o # 1498 Sector-25, Chandigarh age 19 yearswas caught red handed while he was trying to steal taps from H.No. 3414, Sector 25, Chandigarh on 05.10.2018. Alleged person has been arrested in this case. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Cheating

A case FIR No. 303, U/S 409, 420, 120B IPC has been registered in PS-Ind. Area, Chandigarh on the complaint of Sh. R.K Goyal, General Manager, Haryana Roadways Workshop, Ph-1, Ind. Area, Chandigarh who stated that after enquiry it was found that Sanjay Kumar Clerk, (BDC) & Others misappropriated the funds/amount related to bills of Central Workshop Karnal & Haryana Engineering Corporation Gurgaon. Alleged persons misappropriated the bills and did embezzlement and cheating by payment of funds of about Rs. 1,09,03419/- to different accounts of fake firms which were not related to this office. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 357, U/S 419, 420 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh on the complaint of Sh. Akashdeep Mahajan, CJM, Distt. Court, Sector 43, Chandigarh against Suraj Sharma regarding personating and cheating related to traffic challan disposal at Lok Adalat. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Snatching

Sh. Tun Tun R/o # 2577/1, Sector 49, Chandigarh reported that two unknown persons on Activa Scooter snatched away his mobile phone near BSNL Society, Sector 50, Chandigarh on 05-10-2018. A case FIR No. 195, U/S 379, 356, 34IPC has been registered in PS-49, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Sh. Kulbhushan Walia R/o # 41, Village Burail, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s Nano car No. HR03Q-4843 while parked near Wine Shop, Burail, Chandigarh on 05-10-2018. चुनाव आयोग ने आदेश कर आज दोपहर 3:00 बजे से आदर्श आचार संहिता लागू की। आदर्श आचार संहिता के अनुसार अब कोई स्थानांतरण पदस्थापन कोई मंत्रिमंडल की बैठक, कोई राजकीय स्वीकृति या किसी भी प्रकार की कोई बैठक कोई सरकारी वाहन का प्रयोग समस्त प्रकार की कार्यवाही पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया गया है

चुनाव आयोग आज 5 राज्यों के विधानसभा चुनाव की तारीखों का ऐलान कर सकता है। राजस्थान, मध्य प्रदेश, छत्तीसगढ़ और मिजोरम के साथ-साथ तेलंगाना के लिए भी चुनाव कार्यक्रम का ऐलान हो सकता है। चुनाव आयोग आज दोपहर प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में इसका ऐलान कर सकता है। बता दें कि तेलंगाना के मुख्यमंत्री के. चन्द्रशेखर राव ने समय से पहले विधानसभा भंग कर चुके हैं, जिसके बाद वहां भी विधानसभा के निर्धारित कार्यकाल से पहले ही चुनाव का रास्ता साफ हो गया है। तेलंगाना में अगले साल चुनाव होने थे।

सूत्रों ने बताया कि इन राज्यों में चुनाव की पूरी प्रक्रिया दिसंबर के पहले हफ्ते तक पूरी कर ली जाएगी। छत्तीसगढ़ में दो चरणों में चुनाव होने की संभावना है। अन्य राज्यों में एक चरण में ही चुनाव कराए जाने की उम्मीद है। मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त ओपी रावत ने पांचों राज्यों के मुख्य निर्वाचन आयुक्तों से शुक्रवार को दिल्ली में बैठक की थी। दो दिवसीय इस बैठक में राजस्थान, एमपी, छत्तीसगढ़, तेलंगाना और मिजोरम के मुख्य निर्वाचन आयुक्तों ने भाग लिया था।

इन चुनावों को अगले साल होने वाले लोकसभा चुनाव से पहले का सेमीफाइनल मुकाबला माना जा रहा है। बीजेपी, कांग्रेस समेत सभी दलों ने काफी पहले से ही इन चुनावों के लिए तैयारियां तेज कर दी हैं। पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी एकबार फिर से बीजेपी के स्टार प्रचारक होंगे वहीं, राहुल गांधी कांग्रेस के प्रचार की कमान खुद थामेंगे।

अगले साल होने वाले आम चुनाव से पहले, 5 राज्यों के चुनाव काफी अहम है। इन चुनावों के नतीजों का 2019 के चुनाव पर भी असर पड़ सकता है। अभी मध्य प्रदेश, राजस्थान और छत्तीसगढ़ में बीजेपी की सरकारें हैं। मिजोरम में कांग्रेस की सरकार है तो तेलंगाना में तेलंगाना राष्ट्र समिति की सरकार है।

हरियाणा के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री स्वर्गीय चौ. भजनलाल जी के 88 वें जन्मदिवस पर खेज़ड़ली गाँव में पेड़ों की रक्षा हेतु प्राणो की आहुति देने वाले सभी 363 बिशनोई अमर-शहीदों को श्री चंद्रमोहन और सिद्धार्थ बिशनोई ने परिवार सहित श्रद्धांजली दी। चन्द्रमोहन बिश्नोई के बेटे और भजनलाल फाऊंडेशन के संस्थापक सिद्धार्थ बिश्नोई ने , इस जगह पर राजस्थान में पर्यावरण के लिए शहीद हुए 363 बिश्नोईयों की याद में एक सार्वजनिक स्मारक बनाया है जिसकी शुरुआत उन्होने एक 8 टन और 9 फूट के पत्थर को स्थापित कर के की। इस पत्थर पर सिद्धार्थ ने सभी 363 शहीदों का नाम स्वर्णाक्षरों में लिखवाया है।

इस मौके पर बिश्नोई समाज के अग्रणी सन्त राजिन्द्रानंद जी महाराज हरिद्वार वाले भी मौजूद रहे । उनके आशीर्वाद से ही शहीदी स्मारक की नींव का पत्थर स्थापित किया गया । बिश्नोई समाज का पर्यावरण से प्रेम जगजाहिर है जिसका अंदाजा इसी बात से लगाया जा सकता है कि सिद्धार्थ बिश्नोई द्वारा भजनलाल फाऊंडेशन का गठन करते ही सबसे पहले पर्यावरण को बचाने के लिए साइकिल रैली करी जिसमें वे 50 साथियों के साथ 500 किलोमीटर से अधिक साइकिल चलाकर 200 से ज्यादा गाँवों में पौधारोपण किया।

चंद्रमोहन बिशनोई ने सभी समर्थकों को आने व इस शुभकार्य में सहयोग देने के लिए आभार प्रकट किया। सिद्धार्थ बिश्नोई ने लोगों को सम्बोधित करते हुए अपने दादा जी के आदर्शों को याद किया व युवाओं को पर्यावरण के क्षेत्र में हर सम्भव पर्यास करने का सुझाव दिया । उन्होंने कहा कि 363 वृक्षों की रक्षा करते हुए शहीदों के लिए 1989 में जोधपुर में स्मारक बना था और पंजाब सरकार ने घोषणा की थी कि पंजाब में भी स्मारक बनेगा लेकिन हरियाणा में खेज़ड़ली आंदोलन का कोई भी स्मारक ना होने के कारण उन्होंने यह मेमोरीयल बनाया। स्मारक में 8 टन के पत्थर के आस-पास एक पब्लिक पार्क का निर्माण किया जाएगा जिसमें वे खेजरी के पेड़ भी लगाएँगे। वह चाहते है कि हरियाणा के लोग खेज़ड़ली के शहीदों से प्रेरणा ले और अपने पर्यावरण व अधिकारो के लिए लड़ें। सिद्धार्थ ने कहा कि जिस प्रकार जोधपुर में खेज़ड़ली आंदोलन के बाद हरे पेड़ न काटने का शाही आदेश जारी किया गया था उसी प्रकार इस सरकार को भी लोगों की आवाज़ सुनकर उचित नितिया बनानी चाहिए।

दान में सबसे बड़ा दान प्राणों का दान होता है। पर्यावरण संरक्षण हेतु पेड़ों को बचाने के लिए 363 बिश्नोई समाज के लोगों ने प्राणों की आहुति दी । सन् 1730 में राजस्थान के जोधपुर से 25 किलोमीटर दूर छोटे से गांव खेजड़ली में यह घटना घटित हुई । सन् 1730 में जोधपुर के राजा अभयसिंह ने नया महल बनाने के कार्य में चूने का भट्टा जलाने के लिए इंर्धन हेतु खेजड़ियाँ काटने के लिए अपने कर्मचारियों को भेजा । वहां अमृतादेवी बिश्नोई की अगुवाई में सभी ग्रामवासीयों ने पेड़ों से गले लगकर उन्हें जकड़ लिया और एक एक करते हुए 363 लोगों ने पेड़ों को बचाने के लिए अपनी जान दे दी। विश्व में ऐसा अनूठा कोई दूसरा उदाहरण नहीं है जिसमे कि गुरु जम्भेश्वर महाराज के उपदेश “सिर साटे रुख रहे तो भी सस्तो जाण” – को सही साबित कर दिया। जिसका अर्थ है कि अगर हम अपनी गर्दन कटा कर भी वृक्ष को बचा सकते हैं तौ भी वो हमारे लिए बहुत सस्ता सोदा है।

उन सभी शहीदों के साहस को नमन करते हुए सिद्धार्थ बिश्नोई ने इस शाहिद स्मारक की स्थापना अपने दादाजी के जन्मदिवस पर करी। बिशनोई रतन, युग पुरुष, जननायक, गरीबों के मसीहा व पर्यावरणप्रेमी स्वर्गीय चौ भजनलाल जी के जन्मोत्सव पर उनके सबसे बड़े पोत्र सिद्धार्थ ने 363 बिशनोई शहीदों को श्रधांजलि देकर बिशनोई समाज का नाम और भी ऊँचा किया। रामगढ़ में चौ चन्द्रमोहन के छोटे बेटे मोहित बिश्नोई के समाधिस्थल पर इस कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया।
