Rupankan Kamla Sharma, a figure in the field of criminology, specializing in bails and criminal revisions has called for reforms in district courts.
Based at the Punjab and Haryana High Court and the District Court in Rohtak, Sharma is known for his expertise in juvenile justice, matters related to bail, and criminal revisions.
