Diksha and Ritik Jain crowned as Miss Farewell and Mr Farewell at PGGC- 46

Chandigarh :

A farewell party was organised by the students of BA-II to bid adieu to the outgoing students of BA-III at Post Graduate Government College, Sector – 46, Chandigarh, here, today. The function started with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp. Principal Dr. Abha Sudarshan in her address wished all the best to the outgoing students in all their future endeavours. She motivated the students to think, dream and achieve big in order to be unique. She also advised the students to develop creativity, skill and knowledge to be successful. She further inspired the students to move in the direction of their dreams confidently and live the life they have imagined for themselves.
The students presented a colourful cultural programme, including group dances, solo dances and solo songs. A modelling contest for the final-year students was the highlight of the day. Diksha of BA-III, was crowned “Miss Farewell” and Ritik Jain was awarded the title of “Mr Farewell”. Zeba was crowned “Miss. Outstanding and Arshdeep Singh was crowned “Mr. Outstanding”. Dr. Baljit Singh, Head, Department of Punjabi organised the function successfully and congratulated the outgoing graduates for their bright future.
