Haryana Vidhan Sabha Speaker, Gian Chand Gupta has congratulated the people of the country on the massive victory of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the assembly elections in four states and said that the poll results proved that people have reposed their faith in leadership of Prime Minister, Sh Narendra Modi and rejected the politics of familyism.

        Sh Gian Chand Gupta was interacting with the media persons while watching the poll results on a big screen at the residence of BJP leader, Sh Tarun Bhandari in Sector-4 here today. BJP District President, Ajay Sharma, General Secretary Virendra Rana and BJP Spokesperson Praveen Atre were also present.

        While congratulating Prime Minister, Sh Narendra Modi,  BJP National President Sh J.P Nadda  , Union Home Minister Sh Amit Shah and Defense Minister, Sh Rajnath Singh on BJP’s victory in Uttar Pradesh, Goa, Uttarakhand and Manipur, Sh Gupta said that Sh Modi had talked about Congress-mukt Bharat and after the outcome of these elections; it has become clear that India is soon going to be a Congress-mukt Nation. The people have put their stamp on the policies and work of BJP and clearly rejected those who believe in family oriented politics, he added.

While accepting the mandate of people in Punjab, Sh Gupta said that people have rejected the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in 4 out of 5 states where the elections were held. Sh Gupta said that vote share of BJP in Punjab has increased significantly and in the coming time, BJP will form the government in Punjab also.
Later, Vidhan Sabha Speaker Sh. Gian Chand Gupta and MP Sh. Rattan Lal Kataria celebrated the victory of Bhartiya Janata Party at Party Office in Sector 2, along with party workers and office bearers by distributing sweets and lighting fire crackers.

On this occasion, BJP District President Ajay Sharma and Mayor, Municipal Corporation Kulbhushan Goyal, BJP Mahila Morcha National Treasurer Latika Sharma, former GAIL President Banto Kataria, councilors and BJP leaders and workers were also present.
