Big Relief To Amarinder, Mohali Court Accepts Vigilance Plea For Cancelation of Vigilance Case in  Amritsar Improvement Trust land scam

Mohali , July 27 , 2018 : Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh got a big relief when a Mohali court acquitted him in the Amritsar Improvement Trust land scam case . The court accepted the cancellation report filed by the Punjab Vigilance Bureau. There were total 18 accused in this case registered during Badal Government . Three out 18 are no more .All the 15 accused have been acquitted.

Capt. Aamrinde Singh who was present in the Mohali court when the verdict was announced , commented, ” Justice has finally prevailed after a decade in the Amritsar Improvement Trust case. ”

Justice has finally prevailed after a decade in the Amritsar Improvement Trust case. It’s been proved that allegations were motivated, borne out of sheer political vendetta. Politics has no place for such motivated action against opponents. Thank the almighty and my legal team.
