Two arrested in theft case

Sandeep Sharma R/o # 64, Sector-11, Panchkula (HR) reported that unknown person stole away shuttering material approx. 92 Pipes & 12 channels from Govt. Contractor Store near CITCO Pump Sec-17, Chandigarh. Later, Gokul R/o # 621 Madrassi Colony Maloya, Chandigarh (age 25 years) and Lakhan Parsad R/o # 6181, Maloya Colony, Chandigarh (age 52 years) have been arrested in this case. A case FIR No. 124, U/S 380 added 411 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

A case FIR No. 107, U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh on the complaint of a lady resident of Sector 12, Chandigarh who alleged that driver of Yamaha Motor Cycle No. CH-01BN-4724 namely Rajan R/o # 1037, Dasmesh Nagar, Naya Gaon, Distt- Mohali (PB) who hit their Splendor Motor Cycle No. CH-03V-6882 driven by complainant’s father namely Raju at road Khudda Lahora bridge to Dhanas Lake on 08.08.2021. Motor Cycle driver, pillion rider complainant & her mother all got injured and admitted in GMSH-16, Chandigarh. Later Raju (Age 45 years) expired during treatment. Alleged person was arrested and later bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 140, U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh on the statement of HC Bhim Singh, PCR (Sugar-18) against unknown driver of vehicle who had hit to Ct. Ranbir Singh No. 1746/CP (posted in Police Lines) near Small Chowk, Sector 35/36, Chandigarh on 25.06.2021. He was admitted in GMCH-32, Chandigarh and later expired during treatment on 26.06.2021. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Theft

Nand Lal R/o # 200 DMC, Chandigarh reported that he is working at Shiva Industrial Security Agency Ltd. and deputed as gunman at cash Van of Bank of Baroda, Sector 17, Chandigarh. On 09.08.2021 unknown person stole away his licensed gun 0.12 bore (unloaded) from his Activa Scooter while parked at the parking of Sampark Center, Sector 23, Chandigarh. A case FIR No. 123, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 125, U/S 380 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh on the complaint of Dushiant Sharma R/o # B-11-593, Street No. 07, KC Road, Barnala (PB) against unknown person who stole away valuable items from Safety Vault of Room No. 302, Taj Hotel, Sector 17, Chandigarh between 30.06.2021 to 01.07.2021. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Jitender Yadav R/o # 201/1, Palsora, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s E-Rickshaw No. PB-2021TR-7187A parked near Govt. Toilet, Sector-26, Chandigarh on 14.07.2021. A case FIR No. 158, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Snatching

Anurag Maurya R/o # 1104, Sector-31-B, Chandigarh reported that two unknown person’s occupant of motor cycle snatched away mobile phone from complainant near St. Annes School, Sector-32, Chandigarh on 09.08.2021. A case FIR No. 124, U/S 379A, 356 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Assault/Quarrel

          Simranjit Singh R/o # 129/A, Ajad City, Ferozpur (PB) alleged that Aakash @ Ashu R/o # 6309, Sector 56 and Vikas Sharma @ Vicky R/o # 6309 Sec-56, Chandigarh attacked on complainant with sharp weapon at Joy food Shop, Market, Sector 40 on the night intervening 05/06-08-2021. A case FIR No. 205, U/S 323, 325 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Alleged person have been arrested in this case. Investigation of the case is in progress.
