Burglary

Rajinder Kumar Jain R/o # 236, Sector-15, Panchkula (HR) reported that unknown person stole away clothes, artificial jewelry and cash Rs. 2000/- from complainant’s garments shop i.e. Jain Garments, Shop No. 155/2, Old NAC Road, Mani Majra, Chandigarh on the night intervening 03/04.08.2021. A case FIR No. 136, U/S 380, 457 IPC has been registered in PS-Manimajra, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Arvind Kumar R/o Village Kumbran, Sector-68, Mohali (PB) reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s M/Cycle No. HR-16W6375 parked near # 2092/B, Block No. 27, Sector-63, Chandigarh on 02.08.2021. A case FIR No. 60, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-49, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Snatching

A lady resident of Sector-15, Chandigarh reported that unknown boy and girl occupant of motor cycle snatched away complainant’s gold chain near H.No. 3230, Sector-15D, Chandigarh on 04.08.2021. A case FIR No. 103, U/S 379A, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Cheating

A case FIR No. 102, U/S 420, 120-B IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh on the complaint of Chandrika Parshad R/o # 1015, Sector-25/D, Chandigarh who alleged that Chanderpal R/o # 4, type 1, Water Works Colony, Sector-39, Chandigarh fraudulently withdrawn cash Rs 27,000/- through internet banking from complainants bank account at Oriental Bank of Commerce, Sector 17B, Chandigarh on 29-06-2018. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 201, U/S 406, 420, 467, 120-B IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh on the complaint of Ahmed Ali R/o # 3732, Ambedkar Awas Yojna, Palsora, Sector-56, Chandigarh against Sampat Yadav R/o # 160, Village Badanpur, Tehsil Sadar, Distt. Pratapgarh (UP), Harkesh Yadav R/o # 160, Village Badanpur, Tehsil Sadar, Distt. Pratapgarh (UP) and a lady resident of Palsora, Sector 56, Chandigarh wherein complainant alleged that he had purchased H.No. 3713, Sector 56, Palsora, Chandigarh from Sampat Yadav R/o # 160, Village Badanpur, Tehsil Sadar, Distt. Pratapgarh (UP) and both were entered in an agreement in the year 2017. He was assured by alleged person that the said house is free from all sorts of encumbrances. The alleged person did not handover the possession of the house but sold the house to Harkesh Yadav R/o # 160, Village Badanpur, Tehsil Sadar, Distt. Pratapgarh (UP) to cheat the complainant.
