Action against violation of orders of DM, UT, Chandigarh

A case FIR No. 134, U/S 188, 269, 270 IPC & 58 Disaster Management Act 2005 has been registered in PS-MM, Chandigarh against owner of Nescafe namely Jason Bajwa R/o # 6173, Duplex, Mani Majra, Chandigarh who served hookah to customers at first floor common room of Booth No. 830D, NAC, Mani Majra, Chandigarh on 01.02.2021 and violated the orders of District Magistrate, UT, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Juvenile Justice Act

A case FIR No. 116, U/S 77, 78, 79 Juvenile Justice (care & protection of Children) Act 2015, 3/1 & 14/1A Child Labor Act has been registered in PS-Ind. Area, Chandigarh on the complaint of Mohd. Irshad, Distt. Child Protection Unit, Chandigarh against contractors namely Sanjay, Sandeep, Manoj Yadav & other employers of Liquor Factory No. 214, Ph-1, Ind. Area, Chandigarh. A joint labor drive was conducted by Distt. Child Protection Unit & AHTU in which 15 children were rescued under child labor category from Liquor Factory No. 214, Ph-1, Ind. Area, Chandigarh on 29.06.2021. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

A case FIR No. 104, U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC has been registered in PS-31, Chandigarh on the statement of Brajesh Kumar Mishra R/o # 1589, Deep Complex, Hallo Majra, Chandigarh against driver of unknown car which sped away after hitting to a cyclist at Iron Market Chowk, Chandigarh on 30.07.2021. Cyclist Tarsem Lal R/o Ramdarbar, Chandigarh (age 50 years) got injured and admitted in GMCH-32, Chandigarh where he expired during the treatment on 31.07.2021. Investigation of the case is in progress.
