Criminal Breach of Trust

A case FIR No. 99, U/S 406 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh on the complaint of Hitesh Bedi R/o # 598, Sector-8B, Chandigarh, Manager of Talwarsons Jewellers SCO No. 14-15-16, Sector 22D, Chandigarh who alleged that on 07.05.2021, his worker namely Sujay Maity R/o # 1957, Sector-25, Chandigarh took away 125.960 gm gold from said shop which was issued to him for making jewelry on 27.04.2021. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Assault

A case FIR No. 119, U/S 323, 452, 341 IPC & 25-54-59 Arms Act has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh on the complaint of a lady resident of Sector 42, Chandigarh who alleged that Vinit Naryan R/o # 1511, top floor, Sector 42B, Chandigarh hit complainant with butt of gun at her residence on 30.06.2021. She got injured and admitted in GH-16, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
