Action against violation of orders of DM, UT, Chandigarh
A case FIR No. 100, U/S 188 IPC has been registered in PS-Ind. Area, Chandigarh against owner Tamzara Club, Ph-1, Ind. Area, Chandigarh namely Rattan Singh who opened the said club beyond the permissible time limit on 27.06.2021 and thus, violated the orders of District Magistrate, UT, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
Three arrested for Snatching
Dalip Kumar Shukla R/o # 85, Kachi Colony, Dhanas, Chandigarh reported that three pedestrian persons snatched away his purse containing cash rupees 1300/- Aadhar Card, Pan Card, ATM card and office I-card near JJ Home Sector-25, Chandigarh on 27-06-2021. Later, the complainant identified them near Rally ground, Sector 25, Chandigarh. A case FIR No. 87, U/S 379A, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh. Alleged persons namely Pawan @ Panna Lal R/o # 283, Sector-25/D, Chandigarh, age 20 years, Ankush R/o # 81, Sector-25/B, Chandigarh, age 18 years, Ritik @ Gatha R/o # 694 Sector-38, Chandigarh, age 18 years have been arrested in this case. Investigation of the case is in progress.
MV Theft
Mahesh Kumar Chadha R/o # 1186, Sector-23, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Aviator Scooter No. CH-04F-1166 parked near Post Office, Sector-17, Chandigarh on 25.06.2021. A case FIR No. 97, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
Cheating
A case FIR No. 116, U/S 420, 120B IPC has been registered in PS-MM, Chandigarh on the complaint of a lady R/o Manimajra, Chandigarh who reported that she is running a pharma office at Shanti Nagar, MM, Chandigarh. She has also made a pharma whatsapp group for sharing sale purchase information. On 24.05.2021 she received a phone call from unknown person who offered to provide the complainant CC liposomal amphotericin B injections at genuine rates. Complainant deposited Rs. 2376000/- in different accounts provided by the alleged person for injections supply. But the alleged person neither delivered injections nor returned money. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Ltd Plot No. 102, Industrial Area Phase 2, Ramdarbar, Chandigarh, OST Electronics Pvt. Ltd SCO 212, Sector 36B, Chandigarh, Rimpee TV Centre, Shop No. 1579/1, Sector 45, Burail, Chandigarh Sanjeev Refrigeration Sector 26 Chandigarh, HnH Technologies Pvt Ltd SCO 198-200, 3rd Floor, Sector 34A, Chandigarh, Ravinder Singh owner ST Computers SCO 495 FF, Sector 35C , Chandigarh, Varinder Phutela owner Phutela Computer Kingdom SCO 10-11-12, FF Sector 17B, Chandigarh. Further complainants alleged that the Janmukti Welfare Society, through its Authorized Signatory namely Mr. Naveen (M.D.) and Mr. Rajbir (M.D.) and other staff members approached the complainants and released purchase order to supply various IT/Electronics/Mobile/Computers products, however after receiving the deliveries they did not paid the amount of total Rs. approximately Rs. 1,32,43,000 to them and delaying the matter on one pretext to the other.
