MV Theft

          Rahul Talwar R/o # 146, Amrawati Enclave, Panchkula (HR) reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Mahindra Pick Up No HR-68-5620 which was parked near Govindpura park, Mani Majra, Chandigarh on the night intervening 13/14-06-2021. A case FIR No. 113, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-MM, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress. 

 Robbery

A case FIR No. 83, U/S 392, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh on the complaint of Akash R/o # 2034, Dadu Majra Colony, Chandigarh who reported that Leelu R/O Dainik Bhaskar Colony, Sector-25, Chandigarh and others robbed away cash Rs 2000/- from complainant near Cremation ground sector-25, Chandigarh on 17.06.2021. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Theft

Navneet Kumar Paruti R/O # 208/B, Sector 51-A, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away jewellery weighing approx. 25-30 grams (tops, ear rings, chain and rings) and cash Rs. 25000/- from complainant’s residence after breaking the door lock on 16.06.2021. A case FIR No. 45, U/S 380, 457 IPC has been registered in PS-49, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Hori Lal R/o # 2848, Sector-56, Chandigarh, reported that unknown person stole away one led 15’’ black colour make G Neter with mouse, Aadhar card and three pot with artificial flower after broken the lock of complainant’s residence on 15-06-2021. A case FIR No. 85, U/S 380, 457 IPC added 411 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Later Vishal @ Chundi R/o # 6515/C, sector-56 Chandigarh was arrested in this case. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Fateh Chand R/o # 2424, PH-2, Ram Darbar, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s E-Rickshaw No. CH-01TE-0245 parked near IDBI Bank, Deep Complex, Hallo Majra, Chandigarh on 11-06-2021. A case FIR No. 80, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-31, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress. 

One arrested under Arms act

Crime Branch of Chandigarh Police arrested Gaurav R/o 230, Vill. Dadumajra, Chandigarh (age 19 years) and recovered one country made pistol (desi katta) and live cartridge from his possession near Ram Leela ground, Dadumajra, Chandigarh on 17.06.2021. A case FIR No. 78, U/S 25-54-59 Arms Act has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

A case FIR No. 155, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh on the complaint of Gurwinder Singh R/o # 12, Vill. Husainpur Distt. Mohali (PB) against unknown driver of car who hit to Complainant and his father, while they were on M/cycle No. HR-2021(TR)-6209 near sector-55/40 dividing road Chandigarh on 16-06-2021. Complainant father namely Harbhajan singh got injured and admitted in GMCH-32. Later he expired there. Investigation of the case is in progress.
