MV Theft

Yogindra Ram R/o # 731 Vikas Nagar, Mauli Jagran, chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Activa No. CH-01AK-6662 from parked near Maharstra Bank, Sector 17C, Chandigarh on 20-04-2021. A case FIR No. 58, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Sunil Kumar R/o # 361 PH-2, BDC, chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Yamaha Fascino No. CH-01CA-2696 parked in front of his house on 04-04-2021. A case FIR No. 66, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Maninder Barhpagga R/o # 31/2, Vill Kajheri, chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Activa No. CH-04E-6825 from parked near his house on night intervening 17/18-04-2021. A case FIR No. 76, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Theft

Atish Kumar R/o # 1539/A, Sector 41/B, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away Complainant 3 Gold Chain, One Neckless, Two Pair Ear Ring, 4 Pair Tops, One Pair Jhumka, One Pair Kundal And Two Pair Silver Anklets form his residence after broken the locks between 16.04.2021 to 20.04.2021. A case FIR No. 102, U/S 380, 454 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Three arrested for Burglary

Lakhwinder Mahto R/O # 7, Vill Raipur Kalan reported that (1) Sunny R/O # 2447, Mauli Jagran Complex, chandigarh (2) Kashim R/O # 717, Charan Singh Colony, Mauli Jagran, and Ram Babbu R/O # 2006 Mauli Jagran Complex, chandigarh they stole away 3 mobile phone, one silver chain and R.C. of motorcycle from his residence on the night intervening 15/16-04-2021. A case FIR No. 36, U/S 380, 457 IPC has been registered in PS-Mouli jagran, Chandigarh. Later all accused have been arrested in this case. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Action against violation of orders of DM, UT, Chandigarh

A case FIR No. 31, U/S 188, 269, 270 IPC & 58 Disaster Management Act 2005 has been registered in PS-IT-Park, Chandigarh against Amar Singh @ Sidhu R/o # Hotel Whispering Oaks, Vill- Kishangarh, Chandigarh (Age- 20 Years) for serving hukka to customers at his hotel (Hotel Whispering Oaks, Vill- Kishangarh) on 20.04.2021 and violated the orders of District Magistrate, UT, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Assault

A case FIR No. 74, U/S 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh on the complaint Mukeshwar Singh R/o # 87 Ph-6 Mohali SAS Nagar (PB)  who alleged that Adil Nagpal, Mehrab Kohli, Subham Arora, Arav Nijawan and Chirag Narula they all Assaulted to Complainant’s with punches and Sticks near Domino’s Pizza, Sector 35C, Chandigarh on 19.04.2021. Complainant got injuries and admitted in GH-16, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
