 Theft

A lady residence of Mohali, Branch Manager at SBI, Panchkula, reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s purse containing 6 ATM cards (5 of SBI and 1 HDFC), 2 credit cards of IBI, some keys, some documents and cash Rs 7000/- from her Optra car No. CH01 AL 0321 near 39/40/55/56 Chowk on dated 16-04-2021. A case FIR No. 101, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Dowry

A lady resident of sector 7, Chandigarh alleged that her husband & others resident Delhi harassed the complainant to bring more dowries. A case FIR No. 22, U/S 406, 498A IPC has been registered in PS-Women, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Trespass

A case FIR No. 61, U/S 448, 353 IPC has been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh on the complaint of Constable Pankaj kumar , Haryana Armed Police R/o Guard duty at Kothi No. 20, Sec 7/A, Chandigarh reported that a lady resident of Distt- Jhajjar (HR), who trespassed in Kothi No. 20, Sec 7/A, Chandigarh on 16.04.2021. Accused arrested in this case. Investigation of case is in progress.

Snatching

Guddu R/o # 127/C, EWS Flats Colony, Sundar Nagar,  Chandigarh (working as private carpenter), reported that two unknown person on Activa snatched away complainant’s mobile phone (Vivo Y19)  near Pepsi Turn, Makhan Majra, Chandigarh on 16.04.2021. A case FIR No. 33, U/S 379A, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-Mouli Jagran, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Murder

A case FIR No. 32 U/S 302, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-Mouli jagran, Chandigarh on the complaint of Shiv Kumar R/o # 1375 Mauli Jagran Complex, Chandigarh against Bharat, Rahul , Guru and Pardeep who stabbed complainant’s son namely Amit kumar aged 21 year, with knife near #1416 Mauli Complex, Chandigarh on 16.04.2021. Victim Amit Kumar lifted to Civil Hospital Manimajra and further referred to GH-6 ,Panchkula, where duty doctor declared him brought dead. Investigation of the case is in progress.
