‘Purnoor’ Korel, CHANDNIGARH – 12. 04. 2021 :

MV Theft

Inshar R/o # 866, 2^nd Floor, Phase-2, Ram Darbar, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Activa Scooter No. CH04A-7303 parked near SCO No. 179, Sector-37C, Chandigarh on 10.04.2021. A case FIR No. 96, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Theft

Sanjeev Saini, 66 KV, Sector 52, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away Electricity Wire Cable From Kishangarh on 11.04.2021. A case FIR No. 26, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-IT-Park, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Ritu Garg, SDO, Phones-1, BSNL, Panchkula (HR) reported that unknown person pulled two cables of 800 pair and 400 pair from BSNL existing ducts near Gate No. 3, MHC, Mani Majra, Chandigarh and made multiple cuts on it with motive of theft on the night intervening 21/22-03-2021. A case FIR No. 51, U/S 379, 427, 511 IPC has been registered in PS-MM, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Attempt to Murder

          A case FIR No. 17, U/S 307 IPC has been registered in PS-19, Chandigarh on the complaint Ct. Parvesh, PS-19 against driver of Cruze car No. CH-01BX-7865 who sped away after hitting ASI Ramesh Chand at naka near turn Sector 20CD, near Petrol Pump, Chandigarh on 11.04.2021. He got injured and admitted at GMCH-32, Chandigarh. Later, driver of car namely Paras Arora R/o # 1095, Sector-20/B, Chandigarh has been arrested in this case. Investigation of the case is in progress.
