          Manoj R/o # 5617, Sector-56, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Battery of Electric Auto No. HR-99ACF(T)-6747 parked in front of his house on the night intervening 13/14-03-2021. A case FIR No. 70, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Action against obstruction in public way

A case FIR No. 39, U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh against Pankaj Kumar R/o # 528, sector 38A, Chandigarh, while he was obstructing public way by installing rehri/fari near SCF No. 12, Sector-22, Chandigarh on 14.03-2021. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Theft

          Rasesh Tandon R/o # 1832, Nirwana society, Sector -49/B, Chandigarh reported that unknown lady stole away complainant’s cash Rs. 30,000/-, 1 gold chain, 1 gold mangal sutra, 1 gold bracelet, 2 ear rings, 1 gold gold Kada from complainant’s residence on 01.03.2021. A case FIR No. 15, U/S 381 IPC has been registered in PS-49, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

          A case FIR No. 27, U/S 279, 337 IPC added 3/181 M.V. Act has been registered in PS-Sarangpur, Chandigarh on the statement of Rama Kant R/o # Balaji marble, Dhanas, Chandigarh reported that unknown driver of Activa No. PB03P-2976, which hit to pedestrian (complainant) near Kabri Market, Dhanas, Chandigarh on 13.02.2021, near Kabari Market, Dhanas, Chandigarh. Complainant got injured and admitted in PGI, Chandigarh. Later, alleged girl arrested in this case and bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Assault

          A case FIR No. 48, U/S 323, 341, 379-B, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh on the statement of Rajat #6237/C, Madrasi colony, Maloya, Chandigarh against Kartik and others, who were attack on complainant with iron road and also snatched cash and some documents from paid parking at Madhyamarg, Sector-7, Chandigarh on 13.03.2021. Complainant got injured and admitted in PGI, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Criminal Breach of Trust

                    A case FIR No. 33, U/S 406, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-31, Chandigarh on the statement of Tushar R/o # 1156, Phase-1, Ram Darbar, Chandigarh against 2 unknown person on red apache motorcycle number not known, who offered a new phone to complainant in place of old mobile phone, but they took complainant’s mobile phone and sped away on 14.03.2021 near Plot No. 349, Phase-2, Ind. Area, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
