Action against violation of orders of DM, UT, Chandigarh

A case FIR No. 104, U/S 188 IPC has been registered in PS-03, Chandigarh against Manager of Esko Bar Club, Sector-9, Chandigarh namely Sahil Thakur R/o # 3093/1, Sector41 D, Chandigarh who served Huka to the visitors at the said club on 25.11.2020 and violated the orders of District Magistrate, UT, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

A case FIR No. 178, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-Manimajra, Chandigarh on the complaint of Ajay Kumar R/o Jhuggi No. 19, Indira Colony, Chandigarh who alleged that driver of CTU bus No. CH01GA-7087 namely Deepak Kumar R/o # 1194, Shakti Nagar, Derabassi, Mohali (PB) hit to complaint’s Activa No. CH01BL3234 near Post Office, Motor Market, Manimajra, Chandigarh on 24.11.2020. Complainant got injured and admitted in GMCH-32, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
