Missing/Abduction

A person resident of Village Kishangarh, Chandigarh reported that his daughter aged about 17 years has been missing from her house since 17.11.2020. A case FIR No. 202, U/S 363 IPC has been registered in PS-IT Park, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV theft

          Vijay Singh R/o # 3287, Ward No. 1, Shashtri Nagar, Hisar Bypass, Distt- Rohtak (HR) reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Nisan Terran Car No. HR16N-3607 from Japani Garden, Sector-31, Chandigarh on 18.11.2020. A case FIR No. 216, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-31, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

          Sachin Gupta R/o # 6535/A, Sector-56, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Splendor M/Cycle No. CH-01BN-2352 parked near Bhatia Dhaba, Sector-40, Chandigarh on 18.11.2020. A case FIR No. 361, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Ishu R/o # 56, Sector-56, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Bullet M/Cycle No. CH-01CB-8060 parked near his house on the night intervening 18/19-11-2020. A case FIR No. 362, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Mahinder Kumar R/o # 163, Sector-41D, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s M/Cycle No. CH01-BN-9998 parked near Shop No. 192, Village Palsora, Chandigarh on 18.11.2020. A case FIR No. 363, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Snatching

Chander Kesh Verma R/o # 280, Village Kajheri, Chandigarh reported that two unknown persons snatched away complainant’s mobile phone near dividing road, Sector 52/53, Chandigarh on 17.11.2020. A case FIR No. 215, U/S 379A IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Rioting/Assault

A case FIR No. 217, U/S 147, 148, 149, 324, 307 IPC has been registered in PS-31, Chandigarh on the complaint of a lady resident of Baltana (PB) who alleged that Sagar, Kaka, Billa, Kaku, Bhol, Tati, Ankit all resident of Ramdarbar, Chandigarh assaulted complainant’s husband namely Suraj with Lathi, Sticks, baseball bat, punches near # 54, Indira Aawas Colony, Rambardar, Chandigarh on 19.11.2020. Suraj got injured and admitted in GMCH-32, Chandigarh. Later alleged persons namely Sagar R/o # 953 Ph-1, Ram Darbar, Chandigarh and Sahil @ Kalu R/o # 735 Ph-1, Ram Darbar, Chandigarh have been arrested in this case. Investigation of the case is in progress.
