Chandigarh Police arrested Krishan R/o # 2066, Maulijagran, Complex, Chandigarh, (age 28 years) from near Prachin shiv Mandir, maulijagran on 09.11.2020 and recovered 10 gram heroin. A case FIR No. 200 U/S 21 NDPS Act has been registered in PS-Maulijagran, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Suresh Kumar R/o # 296, Sector-30/A, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s car No. CH01 BM-1124 from in front of his residence. A case FIR No. 204, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-I/A, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

A case FIR No. 134, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-I/A, Chandigarh on the complaint of Happy R/o # 1773, Sector-25, Chandigarh, against Govind driver of motorcycle No. CH01CB 7728, who hit to a bicyclist Bansi Lal near Gate No. 3, PU near Sector14/25 dividing road on 09.11.2020. Both motorcyclist and bicyclist got injured and admitted in GH-16, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Assault /Eve teased

A case FIR No. 199, U/S 324, 354, 354A, 451, 456, 506 IPC has been registered in PS-Maulijagran, Chandigarh on the complaint of a girl resident of Chandigarh against Brijesh resident of Chandigarh who trespassed in complainant residence, quarreled/beaten and eve teased her on 08.11.2020. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Arms act

Chandigarh Police arrested Gurdeep Singh @ Deepu R/o Village Raipur, Distt. Ropar (PB) Age 21 years and recovered one pistol from his possession, near Verka Plant, Phase-1, Ind. Area, Chandigarh on 09.11.2020. A case FIR No. 205, U/S 25-54-59 Arms Act has been registered in PS-I/A, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
