Action against disobeying of orders of DM, UT, Chandigarh

          A case FIR No. 86, U/S 188 IPC has been registered in PS-03, Chandigarh against 30/40 workers of Congress party who were assembled near Park Mount Carmel, School, Sector-9, Chandigarh on 28.09.2020. They disobeyed the order of 144 Cr.P.C of the District Magistrate, UT, Chandigarh in the wake of Covid-19 in the city. Investigation of the case is in progress.

          A case FIR No. 77, U/S 188 IPC has been registered in PS-19, Chandigarh against workers of Chandigarh Territorial Congress Committee who were assembled near Shiv Misthan Bhandar, Sector-18, Chandigarh on 28.09.2020. They disobeyed the order of 144 Cr.P.C of the District Magistrate, UT, Chandigarh in the wake of Covid-19 in the city. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

A case FIR No. 123, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-Sarangpur, Chandigarh on the statement of Rajeev Kumar R/o # 1345/B, EWS Colony, Dhanas, Chandigarh against driver of M/Cycle No. CH01BU-9145 namely Chanchal R/o # 1350C, EWS Colony, Dhanas, Chandigarh who hit to M/Cycle No. CH01AW-5008 driven by complainant’s friend namely Ranjit Kumar R/o # 1220/A, EWS Colony, Dhanas, Chandigarh near Parking, EWS Colony turn, Chandigarh on 28.09.2020. Ranjit Kumar got injured admitted in GMCH-32, Chandigarh. Alleged person arrested and later bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Satish Kumar R/o # 281, Ph-1, BDC, Sector-26, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Activa Scooter No. CH01BH-9465 parked near Kandhari Beverages, Plot No. 177, Ph-1, Ind. Area, Chandigarh on 28-09-2020. A case FIR No. 178, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-Ind. Area, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Snatching

Munish Jaggi R/o # 647, Sector-38A, Chandigarh reported that two unknown persons on motorcycle snatched away complainant’s Gold Chain from outside of his house on 28.09.2020. A case FIR No. 298, U/S 379A IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Theft

Ram Singh R/o # 744, DMC, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away cash Rs 40,000/- and documents from his Shop i.e. Sai Departmental Store, Shop No. 800, DMC, Chandigarh on 28.09.2020. A case FIR No. 143, U/S 380 IPC has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
