Three arrested for consuming liquor

The local police arrested Gurtar, Basaka and Rajinder Singh all resident of Chandigarh from Gali No. 4, Village Dariya, Chandigarh, while consuming liquor at public place on 16.09.2020. A case FIR No. 178, U/S 68-1(B) Punjab Police Act & 510 IPC has been registered in PS-I/A, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Rajesh Kumar R/o # B-06, Singha Devi, Nada SAS Nagar, Mohali, reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Scooter No. CH01AC7032 from near PGI Emergency on 09.09.2020. A case FIR No. 117, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Missing/Abduction

A person resident of Sector-52, Chandigarh reported that unknown person abducted her daughter aged about 16 years from his residence on 16.09.2020. A case FIR No. 179, U/S 363 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Investigation of case is in progress.
