Action against disobeying of orders of DM, UT, Chandigarh

A case FIR No. 116, U/S 269, 270 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh on the complaint of Baldhi Raj Singh Khera, Security Officer, PGIMER, Chandigarh against Harpal Singh R/o Village Shamshpur Distt- Kurukshetra HR, who was tested positive for COVID-19 and absconded away secretly while shifting from PGI emergency OPD to NHE (Covid hospital). Investigation of the case is in progress.

Theft

Sanjay R/o # P-846, Tin Colony, Sector-52, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away gold and silver jewelry, pan card, Aadhar card and Indane Gas Cylinder from his house between 09-09-2020 to 15-05-2020. A case FIR No. 178, U/S 380 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Assault/Quarrel

A case FIR No. 139, U/S 325, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh on the complaint of a lady resident of Sector-38W, Chandigarh who alleged that Sunil @ Raju and two ladies all R/o Sector-38W, Chandigarh assaulted complainant with sticks at outside of her residence on 30.08.2020. Complainant got injured and got treatment from GMSH-16, Chandigarh. Investigation of case is in progress.
