Chandigarh Police arrested Radhe Shyam resident Village Attawa, Chandigarh while he was playing dara/satta near Sector-37 Market, Chandigarh on 08.09.2020 and recovered cash Rs. 460/-. A case FIR No. 275, U/S 13A-3-67 Gambling Act has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Later he was released on bail. Investigation of the case is in progress.
Missing/abduction
A person resident of Chandigarh reported that unknown person abducted his niece aged 13 year from his residence on 07.09.2020. A case FIR No. 114, U/S 363 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
MV Theft
Sukhchain Singh R/o # Village Badla, Distt. Patiala, PB, reported that someone has stolen his motorcycle No. PB11CF-5257 from backside of Azad Hind Store, Sector 17-E, Chandigarh on 08.09.2020. A case FIR No. 159, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
Raman Chaudhary R/o #1212/A, Sector-41-A, Chandigarh, reported that someone has stolen his motorcycle No. HR03N1871, near his residence on 08.09.2020. A case FIR No. 276, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
