Action against disobeying of orders of DM, UT, Chandigarh

          A case FIR No. 169, U/S 188 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh against Pardeep Chhabra, Shashi Shankar Tiwari, Ashish Gajnavi, Harmail kesri and Luv Kumar, workers of Congress party, who were assembled to protest against NEET & JEE Exam near Congress Bhawan, Sector-35, Chandigarh on 28.08.2020. They disobeyed the order of 144 Cr.PC of the District Magistrate, UT, Chandigarh in the wake of Covid-19 in the city. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Kuldeep Singh R/o # 40-C, Army flats, Sector-44, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away Honda city car No. HR03B6351 parked near his residence. A case FIR No. 177, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Ravinder Singh r/o # 238, Sector-43A, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away Fortuner car No. CH01AG8151, near his residence. A case FIR No. 168, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Quarrel

A lady resident of Chandigarh alleged that a person resident of Chandigarh who ran away after beating the complainant and tore her clothes and beat her son also on 28.08.2020. A case FIR No. 170, U/S 323, 354, 354-B IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Missing/Abduction

A person resident of Maloya, Chandigarh, reported that her son aged about 11 years has been missing from his residence on 28.08.2020. A case FIR No. 127, U/S 363 IPC has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
