Arrest in Robbery case

A case FIR No. 145, U/S 392 IPC and added 411 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh on the complaint of Sanjeev Kumar R/o Village Bann, Teh-Ladwa, Distt. Kurukshetra, Haryana, against Gajender and Bharat both resident of Rajiv Colony, Sector-17, Panchkula who robbed the complainant’s purse containing cash Rs. 1000/- and D/L near ATM of PNB Bank, Sabji Mandi, Sec-17, Chandigarh on 16.08.2020. Both were arrested in this case. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Culpable Homicide

          A case FIR No. 144, U/S 304, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh on the complaint of Mohammad Arbaz R/o # 34, BDC, Sector-26, Chandigarh against Danish, Maunish, Naddem and Kasheem, who quarreled with complainant’s father  on 15.08.2020 near his residence. His father namely Mohammad Mushatkeem got injured and lifted to GH-16, where he was declared brought dead. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Assault 

A case FIR No. 122, U/S 324 IPC has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh on the complaint of Sachin R/o Jhuggi No. 134, Sahpur Colony, Sector-38-W, Chandigarh against Kamal R/o Jhuggi No. 143, Sahpur Colony, Sector-38-W, Chandigarh, who attacked on complainant with blade near Govt. toilet, Sahpur Colony on 15.08.2020. He got injred and admitted in GH-16, Chandigarh. Accused arrested and bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Theft

Dharminder R/o # 113/B, Mauli Jagran, Part-2, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s E-Rickshaw from near Manchanda Book Depot parking Sector -19, Chandigarh on 16.07.2020. A case FIR No. 68, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-19, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Sanjeev Gupta R/o # 1434, Sector 42/B, Chandigarh reported that unknown persons stole away Cash Rs 50,000/-, CELIO tap SKY items 4 box, Calculators CASIO make 1 box, Fevi quick 5 box from Plot No. 921, Inda Area phase-2, Chandigarh on 10.08.2020. A case FIR No. 172, U/S 380, 457 IPC has been registered in PS-31, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

 Nand kishor Maithani R/o # 457/B, Sector -61, Chandigarh reported that unknown person who stole away one mobile phone and one Dell company laptop from his residence on 16.08.2020. A case FIR No. 172, U/S 380 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
