Three persons arrested for committing affray

              A case FIR No. 122, U/S 160 IPC has been registered in PS-Ind. Area, Chandigarh against Mohammad Gulfam, Mohammad Yami and Nishu all resident of Sector-29-B, Chandigarh, who were arrested while quarreled with each other and committed affray at public place near H. No. 1458/15, Sector-29-B, Chandigarh on 14.06.2020. All arrested and later bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

One arrested for disobeying orders of DM, UT, Chandigarh

              A case FIR No. 106, U/S 188 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh against Preet Kabir R/o # 515, Ph-9, Mohali and Simarjit R/o # 398, Ph-9, Mohali, who were arrested near Civil Hospital, sector -45, Chandigarh on 14.06.2020 alongwith Activa Scooter No. PB65AG-5579, while roaming without wearing mask and disobeying the lockdown orders issued by district magistrate. Later they were released on bail. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Missing/Abduction

          A lady resident of Chandigarh reported that her daughter aged about 14 years has been missing from her residence from 13.06.2020. A case FIR No.96 U/S 363 IPC has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
