A case FIR No. 67, U/S 174A IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh against Jarnail Singh Bajwa R/o # 2525, Sunny Enclave, Kharar, Distt. Mohali, who was declared Proclaimed Offender and did not appear before the Hon’ble Court in pursuance of issuance of the proclamation.  Investigation of case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 68, U/S 174A IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh against Jarnail Singh Bajwa R/o # 2525, Sunny Enclave, Kharar, Distt. Cheating

A case FIR No. 53, U/S 419, 420, 120-B IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh on the complaint of Hemraj Sharma R/o # 3722, Sector-46-D, Chandigarh against unknown person who cheated complainant and his wife by causing wrongful loss by Rs. 4.24 lakh on promise of doing policy of PNB MetLife. Investigation of case is in progress.
