A case FIR No. 45, U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS-IT Park, Chandigarh against Rinku R/o # 1214, NIC, Mani Majra, Chandigarh who was arrested while he was obstructing public way with rehri/fari near Shiv Mandir NIC Mani Majra, Chandigarh on 08.03.2020. Later he was bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

One arrested under NDPS Act

Chandigarh Police arrested Sukhdev Singh R/o # 2099/3, PWT, Mani Majra, Chandigarh and recovered 11 Gram Heroin from his possession near EWS Flats, BDC, Sector-26, Chandigarh 08.03.2020. A case FIR No. 48, U/S 21 NDPS Act has been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Gourav R/o # 1268, Ph-2, Ram Darbar, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away Complainant’s Discover M/Cycle No. CH-01AT-5734 parked near Leisure Valley, Sector-10, Chandigarh on 01-03-2020. A case FIR No. 32, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-03, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Vikram Kalyan R/o # 998/1, DMC, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away Complainant’s M/Cycle No. CH-01AJ-3364 from dividing road Sector-39/40, Chandigarh on 07-03-2020. A case FIR No. 85, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
