Three arrested for consuming liquor at public place

          Three different cases U/S 68-1(B) Punjab Police Act 2007 & 510 IPC have been registered in PS-17 & Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh against three persons who were arrested while consuming liquor at public places on 03.03.2020. Later they were released on bail.

Jashanpreet Singh R/o # 3149, Sector-15, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Swift car No. HR27F-0427 parked near his house on night intervening 02/03-03-2020. A case FIR No. 35, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Ketan Rana R/o # 97A, Sector-30, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Activa Scooter No. CH03S-4828 parked near Market Sector-17 in the month of November 2019. A case FIR No. 35, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Sahil Aggarwal R/o # 170, Sector-33A, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Silver Honda City Car No. CH03R-0341 parked in front of his house on night intervening 24/25-02-2020. A case FIR No. 36, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Sarabpreet Singh R/o # 2422, Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s CT-100 M/Cycle No. CH49(T)-4435 from parking near Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa School, Sector-35, Chandigarh on 15.02.2020. A case FIR No. 49, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
