Three arrested for consuming liquor at public place

          Three different cases U/S 68-1(B) Punjab Police Act 2007 & 510 IPC have been registered in PS-Mauli Jagran & IT Park, Chandigarh against three persons who were arrested while consuming liquor at public places on 01.03.2020. Later they were released on bail.

Action against obstructing public way

A case FIR No. 38, U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS-IT park, Chandigarh against Radhey Sham R/o # 2156, NIC, Mani Majra, Chandigarh, who was arrested while he was obstructing public way with rehri/fari near Market, NIC, Mani Majra, Chandigarh on 01.03.2020. Later he was bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 39, U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS-IT park, Chandigarh against Bansi Lal R/o # 25, Old Indira Colony, Mani Majra, Chandigarh, who was arrested while he was obstructing public way with rehri/fari near Main Road, Shastari Nagar, Mani Majra, Chandigarh on 01.03.2020. Later he was bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

A girl resident of Sector 40, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Activa Scooter No. PB-22Q-6478 from parking near State Library, Sector-34, Chandigarh on 25.02.2020. A case FIR No. 35, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
