One arrested under NDPS Act

Chandigarh Police arrested Sagar R/o # 5750, Sector-56, Chandigarh aged about 26 years, and recovered 17 Injections of Buprenorphine and Pheniramine from his possession near Petrol pump, Sector-39, Chandigarh on 21.02.2020. A case FIR No. 65, U/S 22 NDPS Act has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Kidnapping

Sunny R/o # 220, FF, Nangal, Distt. Rupnagar (PB) reported that 3/4 unknown boys came in car No. PB02C-6161 and kidnapped complainant’s friend Rajdeep Singh and also taken away his friend’s motorcycle No. PB12AC-5082 from Sector-32, near ITBP colony, Nirman Cinema, Chandigarh, while they were putting cable of BSNL on 21.02.2020.. A case FIR No. 30, U/S 365, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

Gurcharan singh R/o # 1054, Sector-25, Chandigarh reported that driver of PB65T-7992 hit to complainant’s Baleno car No. CH01BW-1615, near Dumping ground, Dadumajra, Chandigarh, while he was going with his parents to Maloya on 19.02.2020. Resultantly complainant and father namely Raj Nath and Mother Dhanpati got injured and admitted in GMSH-16, Chandigarh. A case FIR No. 26, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
