One arrested for consuming liquor at public place

A case U/S 68-1(B) Punjab Police Act 2007 & 510 IPC have been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh against one person who was arrested while consuming liquor at public place on 15.02.2020. Later he was released on bail.

Action against obstructing public way

A case FIR No. 28, U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS-IT park, Chandigarh against Sanjay Kumar R/o #65, Village Kishangarh, Chandigarh, who was arrested while he was obstructing public place with installing rehri/fari on 15.02.2020. Later he was bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 29, U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS-IT park, Chandigarh against Rajesh Kumar R/o # 2156, NIC, Manimajra, Chandigarh, who was arrested while he was obstructing public place with installing rehri/fari on 15.02.2020. Later he was bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Abduction/Missing

          A lady resident of Chandigarh reported that unknown person abducted/missing her daughter aged 17 years from her residence on 11.02.2020. A case FIR No. 52, U/S 363 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

295-A IPC 

A case FIR No. 32, U/S 295A IPC has been registered in PS-Ind. Area, Chandigarh on the complaint of Manbahar resident of Village Dariya, Chandigarh against Anand Singla resident of Village Dariya, Chandigarh who dug the Kabristan, intend to malicious acts. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Sanjay Goyal R/o # 147, Sector-27A, Chandigarh reported that someone has stole away his Honda car No. CH03R-6266 from parking infront of his residence. A case FIR No. 30, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
