A lady resident of Chandigarh alleged that her husband resident of Sector-26, Chandigarh harassed complainant to bring dowry. A case FIR No. 175, U/S 498-A IPC has been registered in PS-Women, Chandigarh. Investigation of case is in progress.

A lady resident of Chandigarh alleged that her husband and others resident of Kurukshetra (HR) harassed complainant to bring dowry. A case FIR No. 176, U/S 406, 498-A IPC has been registered in PS-Women, Chandigarh. Investigation of case is in progress.

A lady resident of Chandigarh alleged that her husband and others resident of Panchkula (HR) harassed complainant to bring dowry. A case FIR No. 177, U/S 406, 498-A IPC has been registered in PS-Women, Chandigarh. Investigation of case is in progress.

Accident

A case FIR No. 311, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-Ind. Area, Chandigarh against a girl resident of Mohali (PB) driver of Thar jeep No. PB05AD-4114, who hit to motorcycle No. CH01AK-7452, driven by Kushpal Singh R/o # 1160/2, Sector-40, Chandigarh near Centra Mall on 11.12.2019. Investigation of case is in progress.

Mandeep Singh R/o #3343, Sector-45, Chandigarh reported that Sukhbir singh R/o # 659/A, Randhawa road, Ranjit Nagar, Kharar (PB) driver of bus No. CH04D-0307, who hit to complainant’s motorcycle No.PB11BR-2662, near Sector 45/46-49/50 light point on 20.12.2019. A case FIR No. 163, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-49, Chandigarh. Complainant got injuries and admitted GMCH-32, Chandigarh.  Accused arrested in this case and later released on bail. Investigation of case is in progress.

Narinder Singh R/o # 2534, Sector-25, Chandigarh reported that driver of unknown car, who sped away after hit to complainant’s parents Scooter No. CH03N-6042 near Sector 38/38West-39/40 Chowk on 21.12.2019. Driver of Scooter namely Mehar Singh and pillion rider namely Chanchala Devi got injured and admitted in GH-16, Chandigarh. A case FIR No. 462, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh.  Investigation of case is in progress.

Quarreled

Radhe Lal R/o # 1176, Village Kishangarh, Chandigarh reported that Balbir, Budhi and Ram Babu all resident of Village Kishangarh, Chandigarh and they all beaten to complainant near his residence on 22.12.2019. A case FIR No. 266, U/S 323, 452, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-IT Park, Chandigarh. All three accused arrested in this case. Investigation of case is in progress.
