Two persons arrested for consuming liquor at public places

       2 cases U/S 68-1(B) Punjab Police Act 2007 & 510 IPC has been registered in PS-IT park, Chandigarh against two persons who were arrested while consuming liquor at public places on 01.12.2019. Later they were released on bail.

Quarreled

A case FIR No. 295, U/S 353, 332, 427, 506 IPC has been registered in PS-3, Chandigarh on the statement of Mohan Lal Sharma (working as Stewart at Hotel Mountview) R/o # 61, Khuda Alisher, Chandigarh against Karamjit Singh, Tejwinder Singh and Vaibhav Soni, all they beaten/threatened to complainant at Hotel Mountview, Sector-10, Chandigarh on the night intervening 30/11-01.12-2019. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Burglary

          Shiv Kumar R/o # 384, Village Kaimbwala, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away silver chattar of 25 tola, one haar of Rs. 500/-, cash about Rs. 1500 to 1800 from golak and other cash Rs. 8000/- from Gugamari No.2, Village Kaimbwala on the night intervening 30/11-01.12-2019. A case FIR No. 296, U/S 380, 457 IPC has been registered in PS-03, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Theft

Sunil Kumar R/o # 201/2, Sector 46, Chandigarh unknown person who stole away complainant’s son bicycle near parking of Allen Institute, Sector -34, Chandigarh on 01.12.2019. A case FIR No. 296, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A lady resident of Sector-37, Chandigarh reported that unknown person who stolen away complainant’s cream colour hand bag containing cash Rs. 50000/-, one pair gold tops, one pair payal and Samsung mobile  during reception party, near park, Sector 37 on 29.11.2019. A case FIR No. 434, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
