Three person arrested under NDPS Act

Chandigarh Police arrested Vinod Kumar @ Tony R/o # 2103, Mauli Complex, Chandigarh near Railway Wall, Mauli Complex, Chandigarh and recovered 20 injections of Buprenorphine and pheniramine drugs and 99 ml smack/drugs from his possession on 29.08.2019. A case FIR No. 156, U/S 21, 22 NDPS Act has been registered in PS-Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Chandigarh Police arrested Subham R/o # 1194, Ph-1, Ram Darbar, Chandigarh from dividing road Sector 31–B/C, Chandigarh near H.No. 1304, Sector-31B, Chandigarh and recovered 50 gram heroin from his possession on 29.08.2.019. A case FIR No. 230, U/S 21 NDPS Act has been registered in PS-31, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Chandigarh Police arrested Roshan Kumar @ Sonu R/o Patwari Ka Dera, Ajeemgarh Road, Gulha Cheeka, Distt. Kaithal, (HR)from Kacha Rasta, near Spring Garden Sector-53, Chandigarh and recovered 15 injections of Buprenorphine from his possession on 29.08.2019. A case FIR No. 176, U/S 22 NDPS Act has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Action against obstructing public way

A case FIR No. 269, U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh against Subhak Singh R/o Nursery, Maloya, Chandigarh who was arrested while he was obstructing public way with Auto No. CH11(T)-3644 near Health Centre, Sec-22, Chandigarh on 29.08.2019. Later he was bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 270, U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh against Ram Kumar R/o # 1684, Dashmesh Nagar, Naya Gaon, Mohali, (PB) who was arrested while he was obstructing public way with Auto No. PB65AR-9554 near Kiran Cinema Sector- 22, Chandigarh on 29.08.2019. Later he was bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Narinder Singh R/o # 3132/1, HBC Dhanas, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s M/Cycle No. CH-01AB-2979 parked near Gate No. 6, Elante Mall, Ph-1, Ind. Area on 28-08-2019. A case FIR No. 232, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-Ind. Area, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Jaswinder Pal Singh R/o # 205, Sector-32A, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s Honda City car No. CH03K-2552 parked at outside of his residence on 26-08-2019. A case FIR No. 220, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Quarrel/Assault

A case FIR No. 233, U/S 323, 341, 342, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-Ind. Area, Chandigarh on the complaint of Dinesh Chaudhary R/o # 92/2, Village Daria, Chandigarh alleged that Brijesh Pandey, Kamlesh Pandey and Rinku (Driver) all R/o Panday Tour & Travel, Dariya, Chandigarh restrained him and beaten/threatened complainant at office of Pandey Tour & Travel, Daria, Chandigarh on 28.08.2019. Alleged persons have been arrested in this case. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Missing/Abducted

A person resident of EWS Colony, Dhanas, Chandigarh reported that his son age about 14 years has been missing from his residence since 29-08-2019. A case FIR No. 124, U/S 363 IPC has been registered in PS-Sarangpur, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
