          A case U/S 68-1(B) Punjab Police Act 2007 & 510 IPC has been registered in PS-39 Chandigarh against one person who was arrested while consuming liquor at public place on 25.07.2019. Later he was released on bail.

Burglary

Rampal Sharma R/o # 791, RCS Enclave, Sector- 49/D, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away cash Rs. 10,000 from 03 cash boxes of Shri Krishan Mandir, Sector- 33/C, Chandigarh after breaking locks on 26.07.2019. A case FIR No. 193, U/S 380, 457 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

      A case FIR No. 148, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered on the statement of Ritika R/o # 219, village- Rajipur, Distt.- Panchkula, Haryana in PS-11, Chandigarh against driver of alto car No. JK-21E-0595 namely Joginder Singh R/o village- Dabooj Sehzada Jakh Distt.- Samba, J & K who hit to complainant (pedestrian) near Sector 11/15 dividing road, Chandigarh on 25.07.2019. Complainant got injured and admitted in GH-16, Chandigarh. Accused arrested and bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Jaspreet Singh R/o # 172, Phase-7, Distt.- Mohali, Punjab reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s Bullet motor cycle while parked in parking of PB & HR High Court on 23.07.2019. A case FIR No. 211, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-03, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
