84 bottles of liquor seized

          A case FIR No. 158, U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS-Indst. Area, Chandigarh against unknown person who left 04 bags containing 84 bottles of liquor near Hallo Majra Light Point towards Poultry farm chowk on 04.07.2019. Bags were taken in possession by PCR vehicle while patrolling. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Theft

          Rakesh Kumar R/o # 67, Sector- 7/A, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s bicycle while parked in opposite side of PP-Lake, Chandigarh on 04.07.2019. A case FIR No. 186, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-03, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

          Mukhal Jain R/o SCF No. 16, Sector- 20/D, Chandigarh (Gujran Wala Jewellers) reported that unknown lady stolen away complainant’s 01 gold ring (value approx 8,000/-) from his shop on 29.06.2019. A case FIR No. 87, U/S 380 IPC has been registered in PS-19, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Dinesh Chander R/o # 3330, Sector- 21/D, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s friend motor cycle No. HR-14L-0349 while parked near his residence on 28.06.2019. A case FIR No. 88, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-19, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Surjit Singh R/o # 6616/C, Sector-56, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s activa scooter No. CH-01BS-6759 from Grain market, Sector- 26 on 17.04.2019. A case FIR No. 145, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Simranjit Singh R/o # 153, village- Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s motor cycle No. CH-01BN-7307 while parked near his residence on 12.06.2019. A case FIR No. 114, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

          A case FIR No. 89, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-19, Chandigarh on the statement of Thomas Randhawa R/o # 11, Ram Vihar, Baltana, Distt.- Mohali, Punjab who alleged that driver of car No. CH-01BC-1693 namely Harsimran Kaur R/o # 1233, Sector- 20, Chandigarh who hit to complainant’s Activa scooter NO. CH-01BF-6750 near # 1424, Sector- 20/B, Chandigarh on 01.07.2019. Complainant’s got injured and admitted in GMCH-32, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 99, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-Manimajra, Chandigarh on the statement of  Pankaj R/o # A-1 403, Maya Garden City, Zirakpur, Distt.- Mohali, Punjab (age- 25 yrs) who alleged that unknown driver of I-20 car No. PB-70D-4833 sped away after hitting to motor cycle No. HR-22K-4469 near Govt. School, Indira Colony Turn, Chandigarh on 27.06.2019. Complainant’s got injured and admitted in GMCH-32, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Deepak 5036/CP, PS- Maloya, Chandigarh who alleged that Manish Kumar R/o # 2203, DMC, Chandigarh (age 40 yrs) deterred complainant while discharging govt. duty at # 2203, DMC, Chandigarh on 04.07.2019.
