Samvel R/o # 2374, Mauli Complex, Chandigarh alleged that Chawla, Suraj, Lota, Govinda all R/o Rajiv Colony, Distt.- Panchkula, Haryana beaten/threatened complainant near Laxmi Narain, Mandir, Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh on 23.06.2019. Complainant got injured and admitted to Civil Hospital, Manimajra, Chandigarh. A case FIR No. 109, U/S 323, 341, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Nitish Kumar R/o # 1016, Sector- 29/A, Chandigarh alleged that Driver of car No. CH-01AJ-1188 namely Sheetal who hit to complainant’s car No. CH-01Z-5130 and also beaten/threatened to the complainant  at slip road, Tribune, near T-Point Punjab Roadways, Chandigarh on 25.06.2019. Complainant got injured and admitted in GMCH-32, Chandigarh. A case FIR No. 150, U/S 279, 323, 341, 308, 506 IPC has been registered in PS-Indst. Area, Chandigarh. Alleged girl has been arrested in this case. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Dinesh Sharma R/o # 2286/A, Sector- 23, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s bicycle while parked near his residence during night intervening 21/22.06.2019. A case FIR No. 189, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS- 17, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Vijay Kumar R/o Gali No. 11, Shanti Nagar, Manimajra, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s Maruti car No. CH-01BA-7579 from Gali No. 9, parking near Shivalik Garden, Manimajra, Chandigarh in between 16.06.2019 to 18.06.2019. A case FIR No. 95, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS- Manimajra, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
