Youth arrested for theft

Purnoor, Chandigarh 11.06.2019 :

Chandigarh police achieved a major success by nabbing the Akash @ Ashish S/o  Ramesh Kumar Residence of House No. 2259 MWT Mani Majra in very short span of time.

The brief facts of the case are that  A  case FIR no 82 dated 10.06.2019 u/s 380 added 411 IPC PS Mani Majra, Chandigarh has been registered on the complaint of Sh Chunni Lal S/o Kasturi  Lal R/o house no 6362 A Rajeev Vihar MHC, Mani Majra. He alleged that he have kept  5 lakhs Rs  in the almirah of his house but today he saw that  5 lakhs and some of his documents which were kept in said  almirah has been found stolen by unknown person.

During Investigation of the case a special investigation team has been immediately constituted including HC Azad Singh,HC Amarjit Singh 467,C Virender 1880/cp under the supervision of Inspector /Ranjit Singh S HO Manimajra. On  same day ,On a secret information  a person namely Akash@ Ashish s/o Ramesh Kumar R/O house no 2259 New Indira colony Mani Majra, Age 19 years has been arrested  and on his disclosure Rs 2 lakhs 52 thousand  has been recovered from his room . Alleged is a Dance teacher by profession.  Today he produced in the Court and one day Police Remand obtain. During investigation he disclosed that he buy some articles from stolen money.The mentioned below cash and material were recovered from the house of accused Akash @ Ashish.
