Sandeep Kumar R/o # 75/32, Subhash Nagar, Manimajra, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s Hero Honda Splendor PRO M/Cycle No. CH01AT-8610 parked near SCO-62, Sec 26, Chandigarh on 31.05.2019. A case FIR No. 120, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Theft

          Natwar Lal R/o Jhuggi near Kabadi Market, Makhan Majra, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s Nokia Mobile from table near Kabadi shop, Makhhan Majra, Chandigarh on 02-06-2019. A case FIR No. 92, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

A case FIR No. 161, U/S 279, 304A IPC has been registered in PS-31, Chandigarh on the statement of Sikandar R/o # 142, Hallo Majra, Chandigarh against driver of unknown white colour car sped away after hitting to girl namely Sakshi (pedestrian) age about 10 years near Hallo Majra Chowk on 02-06-2019. She got injured and declared brought dead at GMCH-32, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 113, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh on the statement of Priyanka Soni R/o # 282 Ph-2 Mohali, (PB) against driver of Car No. CH01AF-4446 who sped away after hitting to complainant’s Activa Scooter No. CH01AS-9455 near Palm Garden, Sec-42, Chandigarh on 31-05-2019. Complainant and her friend Davinder Kaur both got injuries and admitted in GH-16, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Snatching

A lady resident of Sector 47C, Chandigarh reported that unknown person occupant of Motor Cycle sped away after snatched her purse containing mobile phone, cash Rs. 1500, Debit cards and documents near her house on 02.06.2019. A case FIR No. 162, U/S 356, 379 IPC has been registered in PS-31, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A lady resident of Sector 32, Chandigarh reported that unknown person occupant of Activa Scooter sped away after snatched her gold chain near her house on 02.06.2019. A case FIR No. 123, U/S 356, 379, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
