One arrested for consuming liquor at public place

A case U/S 68-1(B) Punjab Police Act 2007 & 510 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh against one person who was arrested while consuming liquor at public place on 05.05.2019.

This drive will be continuing in future, the general public is requested for not breaking the law.

Missing/Abduction

A person resident of Village- Maloya, Chandigarh, reported that his son age about 17 years has been missing from his residence since 04.05.2019. A case FIR No. 60, U/S 363 IPC has been registered in PS- Maloya, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

A case FIR No. 46, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-49, Chandigarh on the complaint of Subhash R/o # 159, Village- Burail, Sector- 45/A, Chandigarh who alleged that driver of auto No. PB-65AK-1869 namely Ranjit Kumar Mishra R/o village- Bhawaniapur, Tehsil & Distt.- Gonda, UP (age- 32 yrs) who hit to pedestrian  complainant neat Sector 46/47/48/49 light point, Chandigarh on 04.05.2019. Complainant got injured and admitted in GMCH-32, Chandigarh. Accused arrested and bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.
