Fortuner long with other vehicles recovered with the arrest of 3 and juvenile

In a major breakthrough the Crime Branch of Chandigarh Police under the supervision of Inspector Amanjot Singh is able to arrest the following two persons in four different cases who are involved in Fortuner lifting and other vehicle thefts from Chandigarh.

1. Sunil Kumar @ Surender S/o Ram sewak R/o # 566, Mahdev Colony, Surajpur, Distt. Panchkula, HR age-30 years

• Mohinder Kumar S/o Kishori Lal R/o # 2698, Sec-44, Chandigarh age 49 years present address- # 1077, Rajiv Colony Sec-17, PKL, HR.

• Rajesh Kumar S/o Sh. Bhagwan Deen R/o # 1805, Vikas Nagar, Mouli Jagran Chandigarh aged 47 Years.

•  (Juvenile)

With the arrest of Sunil Kumar, Mohinder, Rajesh Kumar and one juvenile four cases of solved out of which in one case fortuner involved in case FIR No. 379 dated 19.10.2016 u/s 379,411 IPC PS-34, Chandigarh was recovered, and three two wheelers were recovered in different cases i.e. FIR No. 44 dated 8.2.2019 u/s 379,411 IPC PS-34, Chandigarh of Activa theft, FIR No. 464 dated 1.11.2017 u/s 379,411 IPC PS-39 of M/Cycle theft and FIR No. 324 dated 4.10.2018 u/s 379,411 IPC PS-17, Chandigarh of M/Cycle Theft.

          Mohinder Singh was arrested as a receiver of stolen property who is scrap dealer in Mouli Jagran, Chandigarh and Rajesh Kumar was also arrested as a receiver of stolen property whereas he  works as Mechanic at Mouli Jagran, Chandigarh.

          Sunil Kumar was also Proclaim offender in two cases, he has been arrested in the following cases:

1)       Case FIR No. 379 dated 28.12.14 u/s 380,457,411,413 IPC, PS-17,    Chandigarh.

 2)     Case FIR No. 411 dated 02.10.14 u/s 379,411 IPC, PS-39,          Chandigarh.
