Dr. Sudha & Dr.K. Sivan to be honoured with Vigyan Rattan and Honoris Causa

Purnoor, Chandigarh April 21, 2019

      A meeting of the Syndicate and the special meeting of Senate of Panjab
University, Chandigarh, held here today considered the recommendations with regard to conferment of Degree (Honoris Causa) and award of Vigyan Rattan on the following persons:- 
1.      Dr. Sudha N. Murty, Trustee Infosys Foundation, Bangalore- D.Litt. (Honoris Causa)
2.      Dr. K. Sivan, Chairman, ISRO & Secretary, Department of Space, Bangalore- Vigyan Rattan

The Syndicate unanimously approved the above and the same was approved by the Senate also.
