One arrested under NDPS Act

Crime Branch of Chandigarh Police arrested Rajan Kumar R/o # 1, Minicipal Corporation House, Industrial Area, Phase- 9, Distt.- Mohali, Punjab from near Sehaz Safai Kendre, Sector- 47/C, Chandigarh and recovered 20.10 gram Heroin from his possession on 12.04.2019. A case FIR No. 122, U/S 21 NDPS Act has been registered in PS-31, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Crime Branch of Chandigarh Police arrested Balbir Singh R/o # 108, Village- Kambwala, Distt.- Mohali, Punjab from backside sports complex, Sector- 50, Chandigarh and recovered 20 gram Heroin from his possession on 12.04.2019. A case FIR No. 37, U/S 21 NDPS Act has been registered in PS-49, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Two apprehended for MV theft

A case FIR No. 70, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh on the complaint of Rakesh Kumar R/o # 76/2, Village- Raipur Khurd, Chandigarh who alleged that unknown person stolen away complainant’s motor cycle No. PB-70A-7873 while parked near his house on the night intervening 11/12.04.2019. Later two juvenile boys (age-15 yrs both) have been apprehended in this case. Stolen vehicle recovered from their possession and Section 411 IPC has been added in this case. Juveniles sent to juvenile home. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Parminder Singh R/o # 828, Sector- 16/D, Chandigarh reported that Sumit R/o # 1733, Sector- 23/B, Chandigarh stolen away cash from the cash drawer from complainant’s Chemist Shop, SCO No. 23, Sector- 16/D, Chandigarh  on 12.04.2019. A case FIR No. 108, U/S 379, 411 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh. The accused person has been arrested in this case. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Cheating

Bhagat Jit Singh R/o SCO No. 4-5, Sector- 17/B, Chandigarh alleged that Amit Khera R/o Delhi and some of his accomplices hacked database in a illegal manner without payment, permission and without using any login or password. They download and copy text of complainant’s copy edited judgments, head notes, citations, list of referred cases, overruled cases and relied cases from complainant’s websitewww.LawFinderLive.com. A case FIR No. 107, U/S 420 IPC & 66/B, 66/C, 66/D IT Act has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Jaswant Singh R/o # 754/A, Sector- 7/B, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away  complainant’s stepny of Innova Car No. CH-01BL-8600 while parked near his residence on night intervening 11/12.04.2019. A case FIR No. 90, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

A lady resident of Village- Raipur Khurd, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s activa scooter No. CH-01BB-4576 while parked near Blood Bank Parking, Sector- 16, Chandigarh on 11.04.2019. A case FIR No. 109, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Shubham Mishra R/o # 1173, deep Complex, Village- Hallomajra, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s motor cycle No. CH-01AW-9926 while parked near his residence on night intervening 11/12.04.2019. Burglary

A lady resident of Sector- 7/A, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away 01 laptop, laptop bag, 01 hard disk, cash Rs. 5,000/- and 01 American Tourister bag containing woolen clothes from complainant’s residence on night intervening 11/12-04-2019. A case FIR No. 97, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh on the complaint of a lady resident of village- Maloya, Chandigarh who alleged that driver of car No. PB-01B-3267 and car No. CH-01AS-3643 hit to complainant’s activa scooter No. CH-01BJ-7930 near Circuit House, Sector- 39/D, Chandigarh on 10-04-2019. Complainant’s husband namely Rakesh Kumar got injured and admitted in PGI, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
