Blood donation camp organised at bar library today

Chandigarh, 27.03.2019:

The Punjab & Haryana High Court Bar Association in collaboration with
Blood Contributors Club and the High Court Employees’ Union, in
association Rotary & Blood Bank Society Resource Centre, Sector -37,
Chandigarh organized a blood donation camp today i.e. 27.03.2019 in
the Bar Library, Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh was
received with an overwhelming response with 216 units of blood donated
on this special occasion. What was even more encouraging was the fact
that litigant and other visitors to the High Court premises and two
handicap person also participated actively in promoting this noble
cause. The Blood Donation Camp is always organized under the able
guidance of Sh. M.L. Sarin, Sr. Advocate, who himself is also a
centurion donor.
        The Blood Donation Camp was inaugurated by Hon’ble Mr. Justice
Krishna Murari, Chief Justice of the Punjab & Haryana High Court along with his companion Judges Hon’ble Mr. Justice Arun Palli and Hon’ble Ms. Justice Ritu Bahri.  Dr. Anmol Rattan Sidhu, Sr. Advocate, President and entire Executive Committee of the Punjab & Haryana High Court Bar Association also participated actively in furthering such a noble cause by donating blood. The Members of Punjab & Haryana High Court Employees’ Union and the Clerks’ Association also came forward enthusiastically to make the Blood Donation Camp success.
      On this occasion Mr. Karam Singh, Superintendent, Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association and  Committee of Clerk’s Bar Association, Punjab & Haryana High Court  were  Honoured for their efficacious services are done on every Blood Donation camp held in the premises of Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association, Chandigarh.
        Such Blood Donation Camps are a regular feature in the High Court and
the Camps are organized in the High Court premises within every three
months.
